Vacations on a horse farm in the beautiful Leipzig Neuseenland - 2.5 km to the lake!

We have a beautiful, newly renovated room with private bathroom to rent directly on our horse farm. For animal and nature lovers just the right thing. It is located in the countryside, yet close to the beautiful city of Leipzig, 10 km to the city center / (with its many sights.
Large shopping centers 2 km from the apartment, the beautiful Kulkwitzer See (only about 3 km. Near the Auenwald and the Belantis Freizeitpark (Belantis is the largest leisure park in East Germany. It is located in Saxony, south of Leipzig on the districts of the cities of Zwenkau and Leipzig, directly on the Autobahn 38 with its own departure "Leipzig-Neuenharth").

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement und sehr nette Gastgeber
Schönes modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit großem komfortablem Duschbad. Trotz fehlender Kochmöglichkeit alles da für Frühstück, Brotzeit oder einen kleinen Imbiss. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet. Selbst vergessenes Duschbad oder Zahnbürste sind kein Problem. Sehr bequeme Betten mit klasse Leselampen. Lage an der Ortstsstraße nicht ganz ruhig. Jedoch wenig Verkehr tagsüber und nachts ruhig. Familie Jäger als Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Tun alles um ihren Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und die drei schmusigen Spitze erobern jedes Herz im Sturm. Ein sehr schönes Urlaubsquartier, das wir nur empfehlen können. Dankeschön an Familie Jäger.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, dank der dicken Mauern des Gebäudes haben wir es trotz 30 Grad Aussentemperatur innen gut aushalten können. Alles war perfekt sauber und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Leipzig ist für Besichtigungen sehr gut und in angenehm kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Eine saubere, schöne Wohnung mit einem großen Bad und guten Betten, aber wer länger Urlaub machen will, hat zu wenig Platz. Es gibt leider keine Kochgelegenheit, keinen Kleiderschrank, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Meine Verlobte und ich besuchten im Oktober 2017 Leipzig und bezogen in der Ferienwohnung Quartier. Wir fanden eine zweckmäßig eingerichtete Unterkunft vor, die in ruhiger Lage gelegen ist. Die nicht vorhandene Kochmöglichkeit ist der einzige Nachteil in dieser modern und komfortabel eingerichteten Wohneinheit. Die Eigentümerin Frau Jäger erlebten wir als eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person.

sauber, neu, nett, zweckgemäß
Alles nagelneu! Wir waren noch nie in so einem tollen Appartment. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Tee, Geschirr und sogar Gemüse aus dem Garte (DANKE!), Duschbad, Föhn, Haarspray (Wow!). Kleiner Wehmutstropfen: größeres Fenster zum Hof wäre toll - damit das Zimmer tagsüber heller wirkt, morgens fährt das eine oder andere Auto direkt am Zimmer vorbei (aber kein Vergleich zu einer Großstadt). Für Kinder mit Interesse mit Pferden sicherlich auch spannend. Wir bedanken uns: Preis + Leistung sehr gut.
