Wow! Newport Beach living at its best!

We absolutely loved this home! We came to Newport Beach to visit my youngest son. This home completely elevated our vacation! The views cannot be beat! It is within walking distance to Lido Village as well as other popular restaurants and bars. My kids enjoyed the beach within walking distance and also the stand up paddle boards. We went on a family Duffy boat ride at sunset, and made so many great memories! We are already planning our next trip back and would love to enjoy this home! Owners were very responsive when we had questions. Staying at this beautiful home allowed us to enjoy our family time in a relaxed and beautiful environment! Thank you so much!

Great place in the perfect location.

Beautiful home on the water within walking distance of some terrific restaurants. Aimee, the property manager, was awesome and checked in on us almost everyday to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this home.

Getaway on the water

Perfect location for our family weekend getaway. Could not be more convenient to restaurants and shopping and the water toys were a bonus. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location for a weekend getaway

My family and I had a very nice time. There was lots of space and the location was ideal. The only odd thing was that a few different times people came across the deck to pick up items or go out on their boats. It was a little alarming to be in the living space or kitchen and see a stranger walk across the deck directly in front of where we were sitting. The rental service was very responsive and assured us all was ok. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Parking was a bit of a challenge with a large SUV but the rental service was able to provide guidance to us for that as well. I would definitely rent here again. You can't beat the location, and the house had lots of water toys to enjoy the water.

Great location and fantastic view!

Having the large glass doors and the patio was the best and we couldn't get enough of the water views. We were here 4th of July and had a great view of the fireworks. Also, we were super happy to be on the bay side vs the beach side as it was quiet after 10pm. Super convenient to be right next door to Lido Village. The house had 6 bikes, 2 SUPs, and 2 kayaks which kept our family very active. The house was overall clean and comfortable. Our only feedback was that the kitchen needed to be stocked with glassware, barware, and updated cookware.

Perfect for a tranquil getaway

the house exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect and the house is even more spectacular in person. Very comfortable and plenty of room. The water toys were so much fun and we rented a Duffy right next door which was super convenient and we cruised all around the water. Beautiful memories were made :)

Spectacular Location

Views, water access, and a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach - what more could you want? The place was clean, spacious, and very thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, bottled water, even snacks and wine. Also, the kitchen was supplied with every cooking appliance and tool you could hope for - a chef’s dream!

Amazing Location

We had an excellent stay. The view is spectacular and accommodations were very comfortable. Aimee was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions. Walkability to Lido Marina Village is unbeatable.

A little piece of paradise

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Views are incredible and the home has everything a vacationer could need. The hospitality was incredible and the rooms were spacious.

Amazing Waterfront Property

This property is beautiful and immaculate! It's in a fantastic location on the harbor and easy to walk to great restaurants and shops. The owner, Aimee, is extremely kind, helpful and easy to work with! She went above and beyond to help us with parking etc. Great place to stay!!

Perfect Spot in Newport

Our group initially had reserved a hotel for our trip to California for the Super Bowl. We weren’t happy with our accommodations, and thought this rental would be a perfect solution. The rental manager, Aimee, responded to my inquiry very quickly and we booked and agreed to meet her onsite for a walk through of the property and to learn about the features of the rental and also go over the codes for the key pads for the garage, gate, laundry room and entry door. We loved the ability to use keypads and not have to worry about keys! We were in awe of the beautiful “back yard” with a set of four Adirondack chairs, gas fire pit, water toys, dock and amazing view of Newport Channel! Inside, there is plenty of new and comfortable seating, a huge flat screen TV, board games, and a wonderfully accommodating kitchen and supplies (water bottles, coffee, tea, plastic bags, paper towels etc). The master bedroom has a huge closet, comfortable bed and great master bathroom and shower. The owner came by personally the first evening to welcome us. We had an issue with A/C on the first night and after contacting Aimee, she immediately sent someone to rectify the issue. Aimee graciously accepted a few other suggestions our group had that would make this rental the perfect space for any group. We were so grateful to Aimee and the owner for listening to our concerns and I’m confident that anyone who stays here will have the most amazing and peaceful visit! You can leave your car in the garage space because this rental is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and Newport Beach, and don’t miss exploring by boat with the electronic boat rentals just down the street! We can’t wait to visit again soon!
