Located on Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida, this condo is in a great location! At Beach Resort 401, you'll enjoy a complimentary beach service set up of 2 chairs and an umbrella on the private beach!

This condo has a fantastic view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the large zero-entry pool! Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine with a view on the balcony complete with lots of seating options! The Miramar Beach condo is extremely spacious for a 1 bedroom condo!

The master bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room; the built-in twin bed in the hallway is sure to be a big hit with the kids! With 2 full bathrooms, cleaning up for dinner after a long day enjoying the beach will be quick and easy! The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the 2nd bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen add a thoughtful sense of luxury to this cozy condo. The coastal decor provides a tasteful beachy vibe.

At Beach Resort, guests will love the zero-entry pool with a large sundeck. A hot tub and barbecue grills top off an exceptional experience at Beach Resort 401. To get to the private beach, you only need to take a few steps out of Beach Resort to get there! An expansive stretch of private beach, along with a free seasonal beach setup, is yours to enjoy. Beach Resort's location is perfect for walking or biking along Scenic 98 on the wide path. Just a short distance away you'll find great dining and shopping options sure to please everyone in your group!

Great week's Stay

First rate property! We have stayed in various properties at Beach Resort and this one by far was the nicest. Loved the recliners. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Location is perfect! It is close to all our favorite places to go while in Destin, McGuires, the outlet shops, the Okaloosa Island Pier and Navarre Beach. View from balcony is just like in the pictures. Condo was very nice, the pool was awesome. Very family friendly condo. Just a short walk to the beach and loved having the beach service of two chairs and umbrella. Thank you for letting us stay!

We enjoyed the location, size and cleanliness of the unit! There was a power outage in the area and when calling property management on the weekend, they responded within minutes. The pool was amazing! Would love to stay again!

Perfect stay

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is VERY nice! The pool was great! The gate to the beach is up the street a little from the condo, not far by any means. We were extremely pleased with our stay.
