This beautifully designed home, located between the ocean and inlet, is perfect for family and friends. Enjoy a 'staycation' with the in-home fitness room, a game room including a “Shelby” pool table, multiple TVs, pub seating, extra living areas, an elevator, and an unbeatable backyard.

The home features coastal-themed decor with wood beam ceilings, natural wood, and an open layout. The gourmet kitchen and living room, located on the second floor, include top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and seating for 24 guests.

Step outside to one of the seven covered porches with stunning views and gathering spaces. Enjoy the sun, sand, and surf!

PRIVATE POOL
Pool can ONLY be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee of $550 + tax. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees, even at night. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Gorgeous House

Nicest house we ever stayed in. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all perfect. Pool and hot tub were great! They were very quick in responding to any issues.

Most Memorable Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house had so many amenities there's really nothing you would need to bring except your family. All 23 of us had more than enough room and it was be enough to carry on conversations and have friends and family engage in activities all throughout the house. The location was super convenient and close to local eateries and the grocery store. We found it super easy to walk across the street to get to the beach. The only thing I would suggest improving is the washer/dryer. The size of the house should call for a top loading set instead of front loading. Easier to get cleaned. We would definitely return because of this house.

A Week That Was Truly AS GOOD AS IT GETS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family just completed a wonderful vacation at As Good As It Gets. The name says it all with numerous amenities we were able to take full advantage of. A short walk to the beach with beautiful views from the top of the ocean as well as the inlet marsh. This location was amazing and delivered a week of special memories for all it had to offer. We played pickleball, ping pong, enjoyed S'mores out by the pool and relaxed in the pool with the calming sound of the waterfall from the attached hot tub.

The house was perfect for our large family and there was plenty to keep 2 teenagers, 3 little ones and 10 adults busy. The kitchen and living space was perfect for us all to be able to eat in one room. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this house!

Fabulous House!

HEAVEN IN MYRTLE BEACH

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is Beyond "As Good As It Gets". The BASK team are TOP NOTCH!! Our family of 24 had never ending enjoyment everyday during our stay. Between playing basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, corn hole, putt putt gulf, indoor games, pool table, ping pong table, and best of all walking across the road we had our own public beach access to the sandy beach and ocean. Everyday our family gathered at the swimming pool and hot tub for a friendly squirt gun fight . Maintenance staff was beyond helpful and prompt. We even had a chance to meet the owner of the house. Was an "honor" to meet the person that made our family vacation destination one that we will NEVER forget. A bonus was all the extra's in the kitchen. XXL refrigerator, two ice makers, extra dishes, electric griddle, two dishwashers, and don't forget the crockpot. (You can tell I'm the cook) We rented two six passengers golf carts that we could ride on the road for miles. We watched the amazing sunrise and sunsets from the porch while sitting in the rocking chairs. This place is "Heaven". I don't think you can find another home in Myrtle Beach that your family will enjoy more than this one. I'm sure we will return in the near future.

It really is….

As good as it gets is an accurate name for this property! Indoor and outdoor amenities were well planned, and just a few hundred yards from the beach. Location is quiet but close enough to the pier for kids to escape. Highly recommend! Tim
