Our beautiful, quiet and newly renovated apartment offers space for 4 people and a wonderful view of one of the most beautiful streets in the southern part of the city.
There is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a pull-out couch (160x200), and two small storage rooms for luggage or similar.
Within walking distance you can reach various restaurants and all shops for daily needs in 2 minutes.
Bonn Central Station is a 10-15 minute walk away or you can take the bus / train, both of which can be reached in a few minutes.

Nice apartment in Bonn

Dorthee’s apartment was perfect for our recent stay in Bonn. Easy walking distance to main train station. We appreciated having a washer to do laundry. Beds were comfortable and apartment was well equipped.

I book this flat for my family. They found it clean and really well furnished, with everything you need! The location is in the Südstadt, the most beautiful neighbourhood of Bonn in my opinion. Communication with the renter was easy and fast, she speaks English which made things way easier. Highly recommended.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Gegend

Und sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, gern wieder. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Wohnung war alles da, wir haben nichts vermisst. Schöne und ruhige Gegend von Bonn. Straßenbahn und Bus in der Nähe, viele Restaurants.

Die Wohnung ist äußerst ruhig und angenehm, gemütliche Cafés und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke, ein Viertel Stunde zu Fuß zum Hofgarten (Uni); auch die OPNV sind in der Nähe

Schöne entspannte Tage in der Bonner Südstadt

Wir verbrachten ein schönes entspanntes Osterwochenende mit der Familie in bester Bonner Lage. Die Ferienwohnung bot uns genug Platz, selbst für vier Erwachsene. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Lage aber leider sehr entäuschende Wohnung hend

Die Lage nahe dem schönen Schlosspark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr schön. Aber keine Parkplatz Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber weder frisch renoviert noch schönen Blick in die Straße sondern auf Mülltonnen und keine Privatsphäre. Gemeinschaftlicher Flur mit der Vermieterin die nicht davor scheut auch mal allein die Wohnung zu betreten nachdem sie uns hat weggehen sehen. Sie meint dies wäre ihr Recht...dies war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Möbel uralte Ikea Möbel wild und ohne Sinn in der Wohnung verteilt. Der Kleiderschrank neben dem kleinen nicht Smart TV im Wohnzimmer. Der Kühlschrank im Abstellraum !? Hier fanden wir auch am Ende den alten Backofen. Das Schlimmste allerdings KEIN WIFI Empfang bis ganz schlecht. Maximal 1 Balken. Allerdings bestreitet dies die Vermieterin als fake news...deswegen gibt es aber auch kein Amazon Netflix & Co und der alte Fernseher reicht für Kabelfernsehen. Alles in Allem ein Zeitsprung in die Vergangenheit aber heutzutage ein no go. Dabei könnte die Wohnung mit ein wenig Investitionen und Beratungshilfe hinsichtlich der Einrichtung sehr schön auf den heutigen Stand gebracht werden. Schade aber die Beschreibung der Wohnung sollte unbedingt überarbeitet werden um diese Enttäuschung zu vermeiden. Wir sind daher vorzeitig abgereist.

Im Herzen der Südstadt

Sehr sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermietung, sogar ein Late checkout wurde uns ermöglicht. Sehr zuvorkommende und bemühte Gastgeber!

Hervorragendes Appartement für Städtereisen

Waren zu Besuch auf der Kölner Messe. Das Appartement liegt idyllisch in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet nahe des Stadtzentrums. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Check in und out hat Problemlos funktioniert. Hatten Glück das Auto direkt vor der Tür los zu werden. Bahnhof und Zentrum zu Fuß in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Alles in allem für Kurztrips sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhige, zentrumsnahe Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war zu unserem Aufenthalt sehr sauber und ordentlich! Sie ist sehr zentrumsnah gelegen und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der "Check-In" verlief sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Zudem ist es möglich den Garten mit zu nutzen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Frau Gurland verlief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!:-)

Alles bestens, nicht weit zum Bahnhof, öffentl. Nahverkehr ebenfalls nah, gute Frühstücks- andere Lokalitäten und nette Geschäfte ebenfalls in der Nähe. Sehr schönes Viertel mit sehenswerten Jugendstilhäusern.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage

Sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas unerfreulich, aber das ist ja inzwischen überall so. Mit etwas Suchen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden - und das knöllchenfrei. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Perfect apartment in a lovely neighborhood

I consider myself lucky to have found this place. I was in Bonn for a week-long conference, and I needed a good place that was nearby but still felt like an escape when I left the conference. This was perfect. The city center and university are within a reasonable walk, and good transport connections make it even easier. The neighborhood is stunningly beautiful, with huge shady trees, lovely gardens and Jugendstil architecture. There are great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and various grocery options within a 5 minute walk. The main rail station is about 15 minutes away, and on the transportation network. And the apartment itself is very nicely laid out with everything you might need. There's a lovely bedroom at the front (good windows and quiet neighborhood mean little noise), a roomy bathroom, a pantry-like space with the fridge and washing machine, and finally a roomy kitchen and living room area. There are huge windows overlooking the back garden, and it's possible to open up the front and back windows to get a nice breeze on a hot day. The kitchen equipment is good quality, only lacking a microwave. You share an entry hall with the owners, who are delightful and very helpful. This place will be my first choice for Bonn in the future.
