About this property

Three bedroom home on a quiet side street away from the tourist area in town. The Mirador area does contain popular Capones Restaurant, with popular food offerings with live music.

This home is walled and secure, with covered parking off of the street.

The home has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The open main space has a great living room area with wall mounted TV, along with comfortable leather seats. A tall dining table is the place to entertain, with seating for 8.

In the kitchen you will find lots of cabinets and stainless steel appliances, along with am upgraded gas stove. A separate coffee prep area is a nice touch.

Three bedrooms offer King size bed in The Master Bedroom and Queens in the other 2 rooms.. The front bedroom has its own attached bathroom with vanity and shower. All have ample closet space. There is also a second bathroom with shower, along with a utility room with a washer and dryer off of the hallway.

The back patio has a char mining, lattice covered dining table for four, with counter space and a BBG grill. The splash pool is great for a morning dip, and there are also two chaise lounges.

Great property really close to the beach

We had a great time at the Sand Dollar house. The property is nice and clean, the A/C runs great and the pool is the perfect size for chilling in the morning. Like a lot of other properties in town, finding it on Google maps is pretty tough, but the receptionist at the Casago office was very helpful with helping me find it as well as good recommendations for attractions and food close by. Overall, a great stay for a five adults.

Family get away

This place was amazing, the house was perfect for not only family of our size but when we plan our adults only getaway we’re definitely going to be looking forward to staying here as our number 1 choice
