About this property

AlpakaView Lodge - entire lodge-

Our farmhouse and the gatehouse are parts of a typical Niederrheinisches Vierkanthof from the original year 1910 and has been completely renovated in recent years.
They are right next to each other on the closed courtyard and are very tastefully decorated.
3 bathrooms (incl. Additional apartment), 6 bedrooms (incl. Zusatzappartement) not completely separated ... you may ask!
In addition, you book a small single apartment 18sqm. It is located in the oldest part of the lodge (210 cm ceiling height), also on the courtyard and next to the farmhouse. It has a private entrance, shower, toilet, sink, a comfortable sofa bed 130x 195 cm with gel popper, flat screen TV and kitchenette. It is also very modern and everything is new!

2 kitchens with induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, etc.

On our farm live alpacas, horses, donkeys, goats and chickens as well as dogs and cats. Most animals have come to us from animal protection projects.

Bring your own horses with you !!!! Guest boxes and pastures as well as a riding arena are available.

Location and location of the accommodation:

Niederkrüchten-Laar is a small village without any transit traffic but nevertheless with a very good connection.

Our farm is embedded in the Niederrhein landscape on a property
Of about 42 000 sqm. There are own meadows and a forest piece.
Directly from the property, you can go hiking, cycling or horseback riding.
The Hariksee and the Schwalm are not 300m from the property.

Various golf courses are nearby.

In less than half an hour's drive you will be in the state capital of Düsseldorf with the trade fair.
In 10 minutes you reach Roermond / NL with the famous outlet center.

Tolles Wochenende mit der Familie
Wir haben im Ferienhaus ein verlängertes Familienwochenende verbracht und hatten das gesamte Haus gemietet. Für einen solchen Anlass (bis 10 Personen) ist das Haus hervorragend geeignet (Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, gut ausgestattete Küche, großzügiger Aufenthaltsbereich). Die Lage ist wunderbar viel Natur in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und die Möglichkeit für schöne Spaziergänge direkt vor der Tür. Tretboot fahren auf einem nahe gelegenen See. Auch auf den Wiesen & Ställen die zum Objekt gehören gibt es einiges zu entdecken. Der gesamte Hof wurde von Sylvia und Fred in den letzten Jahren aufwendig und mit viel liebe für Details renoviert. Beide kümmern sich mit viel Engagement um die Tiere und auch sehr herzlich um ihre Mieter. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Wohnungen waren super geschmackvoll eingerichtet und kompfortabel ausgestattet! Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Sie haben uns Ausflugtipps und Infos gegeben. Außerdem haben wir eine Menge über Alpakas gelernt....! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
