Exceptional family stay

The house was a great place for our multi generational family. A few houses from beach access. Need to cross busy Palm Blvd, but no issue. The house was well stocked and very clean. The property manager was very responsive. We had some flooding due to heavy rains and they took care of it. It did not disrupt our stay in any way. My favorite spot was dining, playng games, and sitting on a large screened in porch.

The perfect house for relaxing with family and friends!

We had such a great time at this beautiful house! It is clean, well appointed, and great location. We were able to get into Charleston easily, enjoy the beach, and relax at the house. We hope to visit again soon!

Nice place

Exceptionally clean and at a great location. Air conditioning kept the house very comfortable through the day. The beach buggy was a big help getting things to and from the beach. Well equipped.

Best Near the Beach

Our group of 7 stayed here for a week for a family reunion, and we were SO GLAD we were able to book this property! The house is a little like a beach bungalow -- older, but very well maintained and charming. There are ceiling fans in almost all rooms and on the front porch where we enjoyed coffee, beverages, and several meals. The beds were quite comfortable and well-arranged for a family. We REALLY want to know where the comfy armchairs in the living room came from, so we can get some too! The property manager was very responsive - the dryer wasn't working during our stay, so she had our laundry done at the local laundromat (what a nice vacation for me!). It's a beautiful property, inside and out, and about a 5 minute walk (4 houses and cross the street) to the beach. There were some beach toys, body boards, chairs, and a cart for guest use. We would absolutely stay again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, easy access to the beach and loved sitting in the rocker on the porch. The living room was cozy and comfortable and provided enough seating for all of us. Playing games on the pirch table was great too. The kitchen could use more lights, and light at the stove for cooking was broken on microwave. Wish there had been more dishtowels and dish rags. (1 was only provided for our stay) The beach toys and mats were great to have on hand. This property worked well for our families as one family had the downstairs and one up. We definitely would consider this property again.
