Completely newly renovated studio (approx. 40 m²) in a well-kept residential complex, 5th Floor, approx. 200 m from the beach,
Use of the community pool and tennis courts, 1 living-sofa bed for two people, glazed balcony with panoramic view (sea view!), TV and WIFI, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.

Very nice place situated with local bars and restaurants.

Very, clean and tidy, the only thing that needs updating is the WiFi, i tried to put the password in several times and turn off the router, but not good, the community WiFi was hit and miss, my roming charges will be higher this month, but overall i had a fantastic time there for two weeks

Schöne kleine Wohnung direkt am Strand

Äußerst netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut für 2 Personen. Alles was man braucht ist drinnen, das Internet ist auch okay. Toller Blick zum Meer, sogar bis zur Bucht von Malaga. Alles was man will ist in der Nähe (Einkaufen, Strand, Altstädte, Berge, Küstenstädte etc..). Gerne irgendwann nocheinmal.

el apartamento era acogedor pero...

es cierto que el propietario era muy amable por los mensajes la zona esta muy bien y el apartamento esta bien pero solo disponia de un mini ventilador es una zona y un piso super caluroso hace mas calor dentro que en la calle y el baño no tiene nada de ventilacion era ducharse y sudar al segundo en serio mi chico es muy friolero y pasamos extremado calor es mas tubimos que comprarnos un ventilador bueno por que no habia manera de dormir y no podias ducharte por la noche ya que cortan el agua de 12 a 6 de la mañana en serio lo unico que le falta a ese apartamento es aire acondicionado pero con urgencia por que de verdad se pasa mal ,por el resto todo bien

Overall was very comfortable bedsit not particularly pleased with cleanliness could be improved as cleaned myself not happy about not being told about work being carried out on lifts lots of noise & rubble about so had to go out everyday although workmen where very polite & not any instructions on how to work cooker but contact with property owners was good altogether beautiful views close to bars & beach & shops so a very comfortable stay & would recommend others was dissatisfied with instructions very confusing as to where apartment actually was although found bar Manolo manager helpful after collecting keys

Nos hemos alojado mi pareja y yo la última semana de julio y hemos estado muy tranquilos. Muy cerca de la playa y muy buena zona en general. Esta todo muy cerca. El único pero que le ponemos es la calor de por la tarde pero se sobrelleva. Por la noche se duerme muy bien. Estamos muy contentos en general

Zona tranquila,con aparcamiento y cerca de la playa,restaurantes,un pequeño super,heladería etc..el estudio es muy bonito,con mucha claridad y buenas vistas,con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias,gran piscina con jardin,sin duda para repetir

Vacaciones 2019

En general hemos estado muy bien con algunos imprevistos, el wifi no va nada al ser comunitario, el mobiliario correcto, el menaje correcto, hemos pasado bastante calor sobre todo por las siestas, pero en general muy bien, la propietaria Marion siempre con mucha amabilidad para resolver los imprevistos, en fin.... Vacaciones tranquilas para una familia tranquila.

Bellissime vacanze!

Siamo state io e mia figlia nel mese di luglio, accolte benissimo dai proprietari, Marion e suo marito. Persone disponibili per qualsiasi urgenza, in casa non mancava niente, era perfettamente pulito, una vista mare meravigliosa e siamo state contentissime. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Sitio tranquilo y acogedor

-Estuve 20 dias en el estudio, con unas vistas y atardeceres de foto. -Solo entrar en el estudio me gustó, todo muy limpio y como nuevo, muy practico y funcional, con amplio ventanal y persianas enrollables hasta abajo, con todos los aparatos para no tener que salir afuera. -No utilice mucho la cocina porque me encantaba salir a comer al mediodía afuera, cerca de la playa en alguno de los muchos chiringuitos que hay cerca. -Sitio tranquilo, buenos paseos por la playa. -La propietaria Marion siempre dispuesta a resolver cualquier incidencia y pude contactar a través de whatssap con ella. -Bueno tuve suerte porque encontré más o menos el sitio que andaba buscando.
