Old Florida vibe with modern updates and style! Book this 2br 2ba end unit cutie now and start dreaming of your beach vacay! This cute complex was once an old Florida condo/ motel with efficiency beachside rooms and 1 br condos. It was converted into full privately owned condos a couple of years ago and that's when these 2 adjoining units became the cute condo they are today!!!
Every unit is individually owned and/or managed. We are so excited to be your host for this very special end unit with the best views on property! We pride ourselves in scrupulous cleaning and adorable comfortable coastal decor which was recently remodeled! You won't find another like this one at Coastal Waters! It's definitely a favorite!! Each bedroom has its own private entrance and private bath and they connect with an adorable living area and kitchen with the most amazing pool and ocean views! Enjoy those views from the freshly decorated living area or one of the 2 balconies! The complex has direct beach front access and is right at the
driving /non driving beach divider (so take your pick of where you'd like to set up for the day) Each bedroom has a king bed and set of bunks making the 2br unit the perfect set up for up to 8 of your family members or friends! (only 4 adults please as bunks (specifically top bunks) are for children only)

Amazing location

Amazing location. Waking up to the sunset on the ocean was such a great experience. It made my wedding weekend that much better. Family and friends enjoyed the condo very much! We will look to stay here again with my family.

Fabulous beachfront adjoining condos!

We enjoyed our time at this nicely appointed condo. We rented the adjoining studio also for our daughter and son in law. Each had it’s own private balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean beyond…perfect for reading and enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It was too cool and windy during our visit to enjoy pool or beach, but both are right there! Just minutes by car to great restaurants and Flagler Street, the heart of NSB. Hosts were very responsive and both units were very clean! Great stay!

The units were perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was small if you want to eat in the room , but there was outdoor picnic tables and we grilled out so not a problem. It was clean and the people staying in the other units were quiet and friendly.

Found the units just as published, well furnished and equipped. The communication with the manager worked out perfectly and we had no big issues staying at the property. We would repeat this pleasant experience in the future.

Perfect Spot for Attending a Wedding at Chase's on the Beach

We were meeting family for a wedding at Chase's On The Beach in NSB, and this rental provided the perfect location and space for our group. It had everything we needed, and ample space for our family of 6 (total, divided between the two units). It is also right on the beach, with a convenient taco/ice cream stand across the street. It was definitely better than any of the local hotel options that we have used in the past.

Girl’s Trip

The property was very clean and decorated in a beachy way that was very tasteful. The beds were comfortable, there were nice beach chairs, very cute flamingo dishes, great set of pots and pans and plenty of towels. The pool was beautiful and the ocean was spectacular!
