Our cozy apartment "Amber" is located in the 2nd Floor of our house (no elevator available) and has a 23sqm bedroom with an idyllic view of the green field or the snowy forests and one of them separated by a connecting door bedroom with bunk beds (ideal for families with children, but also for adults, 2-4 persons). It also has a shower and a separate toilet. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with dining table and two armchairs. For your entertainment, the apartment offers a LED TV, a stereo and a DVD and free Internet access (W-LAN). The kitchenette is also in the same room. Especially cozy is the furnished balcony, which leaves your thoughts in the distance - convince yourself and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains!

Surrounded by beautiful nature every season in the midst of a magnificent mountain landscape, you can experience breathtaking sunsets. A quiet place to relax and recharge your batteries. In summer, there are a variety of opportunities for hiking and sports enthusiasts directly in front of our house or a few minutes drive away. The numerous sights in and around Abtenau can be reached in no time. The Mozart city Salzburg, the Salzkammergut with the Wolfgangsee, Bad Ischl, the Hallstättersee as well as the Gosausee, the Lammerklamm, the salt mine and the Eisriesenwelt as well as many other attractions invite to diversified excursions. The Grossglockner can be reached after about 1.5 hours (1 distance) - but the Postalm, the largest contiguous alpine area and the second largest plateau in Austria (only 40 minutes away by car) is a great hiking paradise and definitely worth a visit. In the summer you can barbecue in the garden and make it later (if it takes longer) in our garden hut. For children there is a sandpit, slides, a swing, a playhouse, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and a small pool. Each of the apartments is equipped with a complete kitchenette (kettle, capsule coffee machine, microwave, etc.). Furthermore, we offer you free internet (W-LAN). In addition to the skiing experience, winter offers plenty of opportunities for a successful holiday for two or with the whole family. The ski resorts Abtenau (Karkogel) and Rußbach (Dachstein-West) are only 7km away from our house. Our cozy apartments are ideal for families with children, but also for couples or smaller groups.
