Great for family gatherings. Upper deck with views of ocean; Bedrooms nicely decorated. Master Bedroom with sun room and private bath. Sun room has sleep sofa. Plentiful off street parking available. Weekly rentals available from June to August.

Beautiful home very close to the beach and town!
I spent 3 nights in the early fall at this property with my parents, my two sisters and our husbands. It was a wonderful home, just a short, easy walk to the beach and the town. We loved both the screened in porch as well as the porch on top of the house where we could see the ocean. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped to make the dinner and lunches that I prepared. We would definitely stay at this home again. We all loved the location and it was very comfortable!

A Fantastic Intro to Bethany Beach
This was my family's first visit to Bethany Beach and we could not have chosen a better or more beautiful home and location. The Wellington Parkway rental had everything we needed: the home was spotless, the block was perfect--just a short walk to the beach, the top deck was ideal for "happy hour" and the main floor, screened porch was perfect for dinner. I am already looking forward to a return visit. Many thanks to our gracious hosts for opening their lovely home to us!

We had a group of 9 friends enjoying Bethany for a 50th birthday and this house was perfect. The location was amazing…easy to walk to the beach and shops. The house was clean and very spacious. We hope to come back for a visit again!

Great location, great house
This house was a complete gem!! The location was wonderful, a short walk to everything. The house was roomy, clean and bright. Kitchen was well equipped and the property owners were just a phone call away. The communication with them was always quick and easy. The neighbors/neighborhood was great, very friendly! We enjoyed ourselves very much and will certainly try to book it again for our next girls trip!

Great location but unreasonable host
We really enjoyed our week at the beach and loved the short walk to the beach. We had to leave a poor rating for an unreasonable host who sent a long list of charges after we checked out. A couple of the items we understood but most of the charges we felt were unreasonable such as leaving lights on, lint in dryer, one bathroom trash can wasn’t emptied, fridge wasn’t scrubbed on the inside, a comforter was left on floor. It seems that’s they don’t have a cleaning service or charge renters for things that are usually covered by these services.

Family Wedding - Short Stay
The house was in the perfect location for my niece’s wedding in Bethany. There was plenty of space and parking for my family and my sisters family. It was lovely being able to walk to the beach in our off time. There were so many amenities and was close to stores and Grottos. I hope that I can stay there again.

Wonderful stay!
This property was the perfect place for our girls getaway weekend. The location is great - convenient walking distance to the beach and town - on a beautiful street. The house is lovely and was well laid out for us with plenty of amenities - we especially enjoyed sharing our meals out on the screened porch. Plenty of bedrooms and the showers had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Bob and Mary Pat were gracious hosts and available for questions and information. We would recommend this property to any families and friends looking for a great place to spend time in Bethany!

Lots of space, six of us were very comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Very short walk to the beach and into town for dinner. Beach accessories were available, and lots of games and puzzles. Kitchen had everything that we needed.

Beautiful house, immaculate, excellent location
This house has everything we needed, there’s plenty of space for six adults, two kids, and a baby. Very convenient to the beach, about four minutes from front door to the water. Being that close was nice for taking kids back for a nap. The screened in porch was great for hanging out, and the upper deck provided great view of the water. Everything in this house is first class, definitely would rent again without hesitation!

Family vacation
This home was perfect for our family. Five of us stayed here for a week - rarely having to use our car! We could walk to the beach, into town, and out to dinner. The property was clean and the furnishing comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!
