Upon arrival you immediately experience disappointment with several aspects of checking in. There’s no building or anything called Skyline Penthouse. There’s a building called Marketplace & an entryway called MP Social which leaves you uncertain if you are at the right place. You then have to guess which lockbox to open which is in an odd place. Then you have to guess that the key chain is actually a FOB. None of this is outlined clearly & after 20 hrs of travel you don’t want to play guessing games. When you try to reach anyone they respond through the app but not by phone so while you stand in the rain you wait for a message exchange. Once in the place is sparsely appointed. Sink was clogged, no iron, door handle to deck was broken, toilet seat way loose, cheap sheets. They couldn’t communicate less value for the customer if they tried.
