Not a good experience
Upon arrival you immediately experience disappointment with several aspects of checking in. There’s no building or anything called Skyline Penthouse. There’s a building called Marketplace & an entryway called MP Social which leaves you uncertain if you are at the right place. You then have to guess which lockbox to open which is in an odd place. Then you have to guess that the key chain is actually a FOB. None of this is outlined clearly & after 20 hrs of travel you don’t want to play guessing games. When you try to reach anyone they respond through the app but not by phone so while you stand in the rain you wait for a message exchange. Once in the place is sparsely appointed. Sink was clogged, no iron, door handle to deck was broken, toilet seat way loose, cheap sheets. They couldn’t communicate less value for the customer if they tried.

Great place but not a 3 bedroom
A cute apartment and very clean. We had a good experience overall but there was a couple of issues. First, it’s titled a 3 bedroom but it’s only a 1 bedroom with an additional Murphy bed and air mattress available. So 3 “sleeping locations.” That was misleading. The other two issues were minor but still a little frustrating….the lockbox location to find the key wasn’t discribed very well and took a while to discover and they also didn’t have enough pillows for all three beds. They were relatively quick with responding to our questions but if someone possibly stole a pillow that should’ve been noticed and they should’ve been prepared for our party of 5 which they knew was coming. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again but would make sure to bring our own pillows. ☺️
