The free standing, two-storey holiday home is located directly above the sea, on winding paths, between wildly romantic olive groves and a fine sandy bay in the idyllic district of Prassoudi. It consists of two holiday flats - Maria on the ground floor and Giokos on the upper floor, each with its own entrance. A large, well-kept Mediterranean garden with lawn, numerous flowers and plants surrounds the holiday home. Both flats have a section of garden to the side for their own use. The children's playground at the front of the garden is shared by both flats.
The ground-floor flat Maria is cosy, spacious and bright. The living room with an open-plan kitchen area is connected via a corridor to three bedrooms with a shared bathroom and guest WC. The living room and two bedrooms open out onto the covered terrace at the front, which faces the sea and offers unforgettable sunset experiences. From the third bedroom you have a wonderful side garden view.
Directly from the garden, a staircase leads to the fine sandy Prassoudi Bay after approx. 150 metres. A taverna right by the sea and sun loungers on the beach complete the picture of this holiday home.
