Our cabin home sits just 600 feet from the beaches of Lake Michigan, is built atop an ancient sand dune, and is situated on 2 acres of dense hardwood and pine forest. Handcrafted from white pines harvested from the land on which it sits, “Pine Dunes” is fully furnished with every upgrade you could ask for, including 50” & 55” Smart HDTVs in the living room and the loft room, high-speed Starlink WiFi, Two Wood Burning Stoves, Quartz Countertops, High-End Cafe Collection Stainless Steel Appliances, Luxury Furnishings & Mattresses, Huge Gathering Table, Kinetico K5 Drinking Water Station, Keurig Coffee Maker w/ Coffee, Completely Stocked Kitchen for Cooking, Weber Grill, Beach Chairs, Sand Toys and so much more.

The floor plan is spacious with a large three-season room and bonus loft, yet purpose-built with each detail creating the perfect mix of functionality and seclusion for each guest. The space features 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths & is set up with one master suite with a king bed and one queen room. The 3rd bedroom is an open loft bunk room and is set up as a second living room for the kids to hang out and have their own space. Our lower level has been made up into a large bedroom space featuring a twin-twin mattress trundle bed and an attached full bathroom.

Arise early to catch the sunrise on the beach, then head out for some breathtaking hiking & biking amongst the Kohler Dunes State Natural Area. Go see if you can catch some surfers in downtown Sheboygan (the “Malibu of the Midwest”), play golf, or hit the 3.5-mile Parnell Tower Trail and climb the 60-foot wooden Observation Tower offering views up to 25 miles in any direction.

Pine Dunes Cabin is located in an incredibly quiet neighborhood with nearby neighbors that like it that way. Please observe quiet hours during your stay which are from 10pm-7am daily. We absolutely want our guests to have a great time, but ending any outdoor fires and moving into the Cabin with the doors closed at quiet time is the easiest way to comply.

Required Disclosure:

There is a Nest Hello Doorbell, which records video and sound, located at the back door and front doors which are used to communicate with folks such as delivery drivers. It is also used to ensure guest capacity and the four car max rule is followed.

There is also a NoiseAware monitoring system installed that monitors for loud noise (does not record) during quiet hours for ordinance compliance purposes. This is simply to avoid loud parties and blaring music that could disturb neighbors.

60th Birthday Getaway

June 14-June 19th. Family of five adults gathered for husband /dads 60th birthday. Amazing lakehouse. Immaculate and homey. They thought of everything. We all cooked in the well equipped kitchen and played games in the four season room. The swing was a hit for everyone. Foosball table was a blast. We were all able to find a quiet spot to read or just enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend this house.

Fun and Relaxing Bachlorette Weekend

The property is absolutely beautiful and has all the perfect spaces for a weekend away with friends. It is incredibly well stocked and had everything we needed and more and the rooms were so comfortable. The only slight disappointment is that from the listing it seemed like there would be more beach access in walking distance from the property, but the accessible strip of beach is very small. That being said Kohler Andre is a short drive and we went there instead!

Great winter getaway

We stayed over at the Piney Dunes Cabin over MLK weekend with two other couples and all of our young children. The cabin was super clean and equipped with high quality amenities. The woody interior made for a very cozy stay and the recent snow storm made the surrounding area into a winter wonderland. We enjoyed cooking in the high end kitchen and played a few of the games that were also provided. The host, Jeremy, was very attentive and accommodating. He was quick to respond to questions and checked in on us. Due to a portion of the house being inaccessible in winter the main gathering space was smaller than we anticipated, but we still had a great time and it seems that area will soon be available so it's an excellent place to gather with a small group and spend time together.

What a beautiful property. Amenities are great. Beautiful forest surrounds the property and Lake Michigan is only a block away. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Lovely cabin stay with friends!

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return! The indoor swing was a hit with the kiddos, the kitchen was functional for lots of cooking, and the beds were comfortable. The fire pit is in a great location, as is the quick walk to the beach. The hosts provided lots of communication. I think it’s a great destination for a lake getaway!

Very Clean!

The property was everything we were hoping it would be. The location was amazing. The walk to the beach was short and easy! The sliding doors made the house feel so open and outdoorsy. There were plenty of towels to go around! We appreciate the appliances being new and easy to use. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Family Vacation

The Pine Dunes Cabin was perfect for our family of six. The pictures on the website are accurate but underestimate the beauty of the property and surrounding area. The bedroom and bathrooms were great and well stocked. The cabin was super clean and provided all the extra needed for a great vacation- games, beach toys, beach chairs, firewood, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and plently big. We would recommend to families and friend groups. The access to the beach was incredbile. A short walk to white sandy beach and clear blue water. Great asset. Our only two issues were wifi, which was spotty, but that may have been due to the amount of devices we had. Additionally, the basement had an unique smell but didn't keep our college age son from sleeping there. Jeremy was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Line dunes vacay

This was the best vacation my family has ever been on. There was plenty of space, tons of things to do near by, and one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to. Communication between us and the owner was top notch too which was so helpful! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!

A great place to stay, everything about this place was wonderful! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. We honestly couldn’t think of anything they could improve on! The property manager answered any questions that we had right away, very easy to work with! I would highly recommend this rental!!!

Great place to stay for a golf trip

Four guys stayed here for a golf weekend. The location as great if you’re looking for a low key place. The place was clean, kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. The fire pit was awesome and could hear the winds off Lake Michigan. We’d stay here again!

Girls Weekend Retreat

We stayed at the property as a girl’s weekend retreat. 8 women in our 40’s and 50’s meet twice a year to spend time together. This property was in a beautiful setting. It was private and quiet for the most part with only an occasional vehicle passing by on this dead end road. We loved the attention to detail with night lights, speakers, extra blankets, towels for the hot-tub, an abundance of wood for the fire pit and wood burners, and fire starting materials. 3 full bathrooms was a convenience for 8 women. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you can think of which was great for us since we cooked all of our meals onsite. Everything was clean and tidy, but a very homey and unique esthetic . We loved all the separate seating areas around the perimeter of the house while having a large central entertainment area with the hot-tub, fire pit, and covered porch close to one another. We also love walking down to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful winter weekend at Pine Dunes

Pine Dunes is a beautiful property! We chose to book a long winter weekend at Pine Dunes, with hopes of being able to enjoy the outdoors and what amenities this beautiful property had to offer. As a point of reference our days were sunny and in the mid 30's. With that said we spent many hours in the outdoor hot tub, we enjoyed our roaring campfire and we were also able to spend time in the three seasons room (by using the wood stove). The house is beautiful and was equipped with everything you may need. The only minor complaint we had were the firm beds, but lets face it, it is very hard to satisfy everyone when it comes to our sleep and our beds. Communication with Jeremy was excellent and he was very responsive to any questions we had. I have already told our friends about this property and I would definitely book another time at Pine Dunes.

Girls weekend

This property is stunning. It was an absolutely incredible stay. Our check in was flawless and Jeremy had it lit and even cleared snow for us. The pictures online don't even do it justice how beautiful the property is. The season room is amazing and even in freezing winter was fun and we had a 10 person chef dinner there. The beach is a 1 mjn walk and stunning.

Great Friendsgiving location

The house is amazing! It is well designed and has so much space. The only downfall was that the back room was freezing. We decided to pay the furnace fee in hopes of having dinner out there and it NEVER warmed the room up enough to do it so it was kind of a waste. Jeremy is soooo responsive and kind. Very clear check in and out directions too. I will definitely be returning.

Pine Dunes Cabin

We had a great weekend stay to celebrate a special birthday with our adult children. The cabin looks rustic, but is very well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is nice and modern. The outdoor fire pit is setup nicely for a good-sized group (we had 9). Our favorite feature was the huge 3-season porch. With fall weather, we cranked up the wood-burning stove and spent a lot of our time connecting around the table out there. Lake Michigan is a very short and convenient walk. The hosts were great. We highly recommend this property for a nice quiet stay.

30th Anniversary Weekend with Adult Children

This weekend getaway was everything we imagined. The cabin is exactly as depicted online, and even more inviting and special upon arrival. The décor is very well done and extremely tasteful and the house was immaculate. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need to cook or bake a scrumptious meal. The range top has an awesome oblong griddle in the center which was perfect for frying bacon and making pancakes! The beach access is an easy, short walk on a paved road and the sandy beach was amazing. The garage has all the sand toys, wagon, cooler, beach chairs, etc. for a perfect day at the beach. There is plenty of beachfront to toss the football or frisbee around, as well. We have two suggestions, which may be of no consequence to other guests. Firstly, bring your own pillows if you are picky. To our minds, the pillows were not soft or squishy enough. We realize it's a very personal thing, but thought it was worth mentioning. The linens and bedding, however, were excellent. Warm, light comforters and good quality sheets. Also there are plenty of throw blankets scattered around the home in baskets to keep you warm in the evenings on a chilly Wisconsin nights. Secondly, to the owners of the cabin, is to provide cable. While I (the mom) feel a cabin doesn't even need a television, the ardent sports fans in my family had to stream a football game and the connection was very spotty. This was the only time we even used the television. If TV is of no consequence, there are plenty of board games to choose from, and we loved the large table in the bonus room to gather around and play them. All in all, just an absolutely fantastic, warm, cozy place to relax, enjoy family and make wonderful memories. We would definitely rent again!!!

Fun and inviting retreat

They thought of everything! Snacks provided upon arrival, fluffy bathroom and beach towels, lovely outdoor campfire space with lots of wood available, great selection of games, foosball, and even a karaoke machine! The location is an easy walk to the beach and the wagon and beach chairs available in the spotless garage made it super simple to bring whatever we wanted. The home itself is beautifully crafted with gorgeous woodwork throughout, soft blankets and rugs, and attractive lighting. Clearly the owners put a lot of time and effort into making this a fun and inviting retreat! We very much enjoyed our stay.
