Your tropical retreat awaits! This Private and Tranquil 1 bedroom is only 2 miles from Ft Laud. Beach. Enter through the secured gate you will be surrounded by a private lush garden & tranquil private pool (I live in the front unit and provide exclusive use to pool). Enjoy a day at the beach, have lunch, and shop on famous Las Olas Blvd before returning and cooling off by the pool. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee, a charming Florida-inspired bathroom with towels, shampoo, body wash, and hairdryer. W/D and parking are on-site. BBQ by the pool. Beach Towels and Chairs are provided.

This is my newest property, and I am making it available to guests. Property is only two units, with me and my wife occupying the front unit. My Step-Daughter even painted our logo on the laundry room wall. I have been providing vacation units in Ft Lauderdale for the last 3 years.

I bought this property due to its peaceful setting. Once through the gate, you enter a private setting created by the fully fenced property with tropical landscaping, a pool, and several tall palm trees.
What makes this property unique
We provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for your trips to Ft Lauderdale beach only 2 miles away.
