This immaculate private residence is located within the world-renowned Setai Hotel in Miami Beach. Centrally located in desirable South Beach with direct access to the white sandy beaches and majestic Atlantic Ocean, this home gives you access to all that Miami Beach has to offer while still offering the perfect oasis to disconnect from the stressors of everyday life.
Start your day off with coffee on the balcony before donning your trainers for a jog on the boardwalk. Take a quick, refreshing plunge in the Ocean before heading back in for a healthy breakfast on your balcony or in the courtyard beside the meditation pond. Spend the day exploring Miami’s shopping, culture and dining, or lose yourself in a day of pampering, relaxation and introspection at this 5-start resort. Have an aperitiv at the Ocean Grill on the beach before heading out to experience Miami nightlife, or reserve your table for a romantic, moon-lit dinner under the stars at Jaya and retire early. The options are endless, and this home is the perfect launching point for each and every one of your Miami adventures.

• Spacious 1,279 ft² (119 m²) of living space.
• Full Oceanfront view and City view with Northeastern exposure.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, Bose sound system, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include:
• 3 Azure pools
• Plush chairs on the white sandy beach
• Direct beach access
• The luxury Valmont Spa
• A fitness center
• Room service
• Valet parking
GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including: private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include: biking, taxi, public transportation and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. Departure cleaning will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum + tax. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the unit and is at the sole discretion of Setai Resort and Residences
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
