About this property

Our house is located close to the center in a quiet residential street in the immediate vicinity of the Catholic Sacred Heart Church Weimar.
In less than 5 minutes walk from us the historic city center of Weimar with its many attractions, such as the National Theater, the Goethe and Schillerhaus, as well as the Anna-Amalia Library and the Grand Ducal Palace to Weimar.

We offer a spacious apartment in a quiet location with a comfortable amenities. Our apartment can accommodate max. 7 persons and has 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-living room with a balcony and a bathroom. A parking space is available in the yard free of charge.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, An- und Abreise unkompliziert, Wohnung komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Jederzeit wieder!

"Mädels"-Auszeit

Wir, drei Frauen zw. 56 und 60, haben uns eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag (3 Übernachtungen) in Weimar gegönnt. Die Zeit war sehr schön und die tolle Ferienwohnung hat unseren Aufenthalt dort abgrundet. Wir haben uns im "Altstadt-Appartement No.5" sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Küche hat alles was wir brauchten. Wir haben zwar nur Frühstück selber gemacht, aber auch zum kochen ist alles da. Das Badezimmern ist sehr geräumig und auch die unterschiedlichen Schlafzimmer sind allesamt perfekt auch für Familien ausgerichtet. Nachts war es wirklich ruhig, obwohl die Zimmer teilweise zur Straße liegen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, so das wir dort Abends noch gerne gesessen haben, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Vermieterin, Frau Burgold, ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns u.a. hilfreiche Tipps und Infos gegeben, vielen Dank dafür. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Wohnung waruns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Herzlicher Empfang, wunderschöne Wohnung, super Parkplatz für das Auto, das Zentrum von Weimar nur ein Katzensprung entfernt ... besser geht es einfach nicht!!! Immer wieder gerne!!!!

Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der großen, sehr gut geschnittenen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, nur wenige Geh- Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Für die zentrale Lage erstaunlich ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

schöne große Wohnung, fußläufig zur Altstadt

Weimar wird auch beim X. Besuch nicht langweilig und mit diesem Quartier erst recht nicht. Als Familie mit 2 Teenagern waren wir froh über 3 separate Schlafzimmer. Die Küche hat alles bis auf einen Geschirrspüler, allerdings haben wir sie gar nicht groß genutzt. Die Terrasse ist im Sommer bestimmt auch sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5-10 min. zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Optimale Unterkunft für Stadtbesichtigung

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung war sauber, großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend : Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und der Bus hält um die Ecke.

Gute Ausgangslage für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Weimar. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Toll auch der kleine Balkon und der Parkplatz. Rundum gelungen. Lediglich ein kleiner Abzug in der B-Note waren die Bilder in einem Schlafzimmer 🙈

Gerne wieder

Wir waren für 4 Tage / 3 Nächte zu Besuch in Weimar. Das Apartment liegt unweit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten und bot uns viel Platz und Raum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles Dichter

Die FeWo in Weimar, die Stadt sellbst und die Umgebung sehr schön und interessant. Unser Jüngster (5 J) fand vor allem die Dichter so toll, aber auch den großen Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.
