Available as a short term (minimum 3 days) or 7days with 40% discount or mid-term, 28 days or more with a 50% discount - stylish 1 bedroom 900+ sq ft, 2nd floor unit - maximum 2 people (no pets), totally self-contained property with its own private garage. Although centrally located to all the shops and restaurants along the main thoroughfare and the wonderful Pacific Beach Boardwalk that runs along the ocean it is incredibly quiet, perfect for those working from home and would like to start the day with a walk along the beach just1 block away.

THE SPACE
We designed and built this guest apartment very much with us in mind as we plan to move in ourselves when the time is right. So, although we only need one bedroom, we used the maximum amount of area permitted (approximately 900 square feet) and took advantage of the maximum ceiling height (12 feet sloping down to 10 feet) with an incredible amount of natural light. We also widened the staircase from the standard 3 feet to 4 feet for a more pleasing entry way.
Needless to say, this has resulted in a spacious living area along with high-end appliances and luxury furnishings that we would want in our own home. But before we move in, in a couple of years' time, we are sharing it in the hope that you will enjoy staying in it as much as we have enjoyed building it.
Our aim is to provide you with an experience that adds to the wealth of attractions we have in the San Diego area, whether you are here on vacation or to work.
