Bad smell, sticky surfaces all over

Predatory pricing with forcing fees for check in early and checkout late ( left at 11 am and was charged for an extra day). The whole apartment smelled very bad and surfaces were sticky. Bad experience overall.

Abundantly Beautiful

Had the greatest experience with Abundant Place. The check in process was very easy. The hosts were gracious and kind. What I appreciated most was/ is that they are personable. If things seem to become too much to text or I had immediate concerns, they would easily hop on the phone. Their places are super clean, well kept, and thematically decorated. This was my first experience but certainly not my last. I have utilized several spaces to get away with friends. Their spaces are conveniently located to dining options, expressways, shopping, and event venues within a 5 -15 min drive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their properties. You will not be disappointed.

Scary neighborhood, run down property, broken AC

The house was rundown and smelled like tobacco smoke and cat urine. The AC did not work and the house was miserably hot all night, and I was too scared to open the windows. The next door neighbor was in and out until 4am with a very loud pickup truck, slamming the door roughly every 30 minutes. I had to pay $50 extra just to check in at 4pm. The checkout time was very early too, but believe me, I was glad to be leaving. There was a huge limb down in the backyard as well, this property is not maintained well nor would I stay there again or recommend it. Absolutely not worth the price. If you go to the convenient store nearby, be prepared, it's apparently so crime ridden, they put bullet proof glass over the register and you have to talk into a microphone. Never again.

Great stay!

Overall, the stay was great. The owners were very responsive and helpful without being overbearing. For my husband, dog and I this was perfect. Just enough space and yard for the dog. The house wasn’t as clean as I expected given the cleaning fee we had to pay but not disgusting. Would definitely stay again!

Cute place

Really cute, clean house. Towels, coffee, provided. Owners were communicative without hovering. The hot water in the shower was +++. The next door neighbors were loud in their late night and early morning comings and goings, so light sleepers should be advised. Lots of pretty accessories made for great photo ops but take care not to damage anything. Overall a good VRBO experience.

Beautiful exciting home

The home was very comfortable with the bright colors you could not be anything but happy and relaxed in this home. The neiborhood was quite and made you feel secure. There was a minor hiccup with checking in but the owner was so plesant and wonderful that it did not even cause a problem and was forgotten about when you entered the home. Can't wait to come home to michigan again because I will be booking my stay here if its available.

Comfortable and fun

My sister and I enjoyed the property. The decor is fun but also more cozy than the photos suggested to me. It was clean and had the important amenities. The neighborhood was peaceful during the day while we were working remotely, but the folks on one side near the bedrooms could be noisy at night. Nevertheless, my bed was very comfy. The location was central for our purposes, with many highways nearby.

Great vibe & location

My family lives in Oakland County and we have a small dog. This property was just right for the three of us. Being from the Detroit area, I love the older, established neighborhoods, and this one was just right.

Amazingly beautiful

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I had a girls night and we had so much fun taking pictures in front of the picture wall. The communication with property manager was very quick and pleasant. I will definitely stay again.
