Great property, poor interfloor soundproofing, flawed room assignment
Overall a very nice property, facilities and services.
However, the soundproofing between floors was poor for any building and well below expectations for a quality resort. Walking, jumping and movement was easily heard in my 2nd floor unit from the floor above.
I booked a continuous 10 night stay. On arrival I was told I would have to change rooms twice during my stay. Three separate parking passes would be issued for the periods in each room. When I indicated this was not an acceptable arrangement the arrival desk checked with a superior and indicated that luckily there was a room available for the full stay.
This situation should never be presented to a customer. Accommodations should be reviewed for continuity by the timeshare admin group and coordinated with the reservations and front desk staff, to ensure member entitlements are allocated as one continuous accommodation for a single customer’s stay. No one should have to change rooms during a continuous stay or have to deal with this possibility.
Lastly, security of the entrance gate appears questionable. The entrance gate was regularly found open when I arrived at various times of day, including late at night.
