Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Beautiful!!!

We rented this home for our friends to stay for our daughter’s graduation. It was such a perfect Charleston- styled house. From the moment you walk up the steps it is an interior designers dream! It was so nicely appointed with a large area to relax and have conversations. The kitchen area has everything you could want w a little wine bar included. The communication with the property management company and their response time was a “10”.!!! They answered immediately and went over and above to accommodate. The location is close to downtown and very close to a coffee shop which worked out great in teh am!! If I had anything negative to say , The only thing I would say is the steps coming in are quite steep so hopefully you are in great shape or have someone to carry your luggage up!! And the steps to the next floor are very narrow as well. For our crew it was the perfect fit!!

The house is great, lots of room, so if you have a group, it's great. Good kitchen. Bed are very comfortable. l Lots of stairs to get there. The parking is an issue, but the quaintness of the area is wonderful.

Lovely Family Fun

We really enjoyed our stay, it was well appointed clean and well located. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group, there was plenty of room for everyone and no one felt like they didn’t have a place. We were close to everything we wanted to do.mThank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful space and hurricane-worthy!

This is a beautifully appointed, charming quintessential Charlestonian home. It is walking distance to most places you will want to visit, however, pedicabs and Uber is readily available. Communication was awesome because Hurricane Ian decided to come our way. I had several very helpful and accommodating exchanges with the host. The home withstood the wind and rain beautifully with no power outages nor street or parking lot flooding. We were on the second and third floors. Note that the refrigerators are compact, there is no dishwasher, bring dishtowels, etc, and know that you may be sharing outdoor space and parking with other guests. I highly recommend the property.

Beautiful Historic Home close to downtown Charleston.

We loved out stay at this beautiful historic home. Every detail was gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was so clean and the hosts were very receptive to any need. Highly recommended!

Great Place for a Bachelorette

Overall it was a great trip, the neighborhood was slightly different than I imagined and the kitchen area wasn’t as open as I pictured from the photos either. We had a place to get ready and my our heads at night so that was the important thing.

Great stay!

I booked this property for my cousin's bachelorette party. It was perfect! The beds were comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor space! Additionally, the location was fabulous. We were able to walk or take a short Uber ride to all our meals/activities. I would absolutely book this property again!

Perfect for Bachelorette Party

We rented units C and D for my sister's bachelorette party and the space was perfect. It's beautifully decorated and had lots of room for people to sleep and hang out, and the outdoor porch space is perfect. The only improvement I would suggest would be a larger fridge/ freezer-- there is only a mini fridge that wasn't enough space for our large group. Luckily we had coolers!

Fun and Easy

My only flaw, and just an add to the write up would be that this place sleeps 9 comfortably. (13 with the pull out couch and the queen air bed in the family room. Just not very private.) But awesome place. Fun times! Gorgeous details.

Great stay for a girls weekend!

This rental was great for a recent girls weekend! The house was super cute, clean and a close Uber ride to King Street! The only downside was there was no regular size fridge. Not sure if we missed that in the description/amenities. Otherwise it was awesome and I would recommend it without question. Thank you for a great stay!

Ladies Weekend a Success

The Inns (units C and D) were perfect for our recent ladies weekend (11 women). Beds were comfortable; however 2 were a bit smaller than expected (twin/double). The units were beautiful and SPOTLESS. The decor and furniture modern and stylish. Oh and that porch!!! The porch was comfortable and a great place to enjoy morning coffee/tea. The location was great; a 20-25 minute walk to King Street. There was a great coffee shop on the corner and a Walgreen a shot distance away. Note to the management -- stock extra paper towels and toilet paper

Perfect Rental!

This home was absolutely adorable! This was the perfect home for our group of 11 girls! The decorations were very tasteful making the place feel very homey. The beds were all comfortable and the porch is to die for! We loved our stay here!
