30 SECOND WALK TO THE BEACH! Hear the ocean waves and feel the breeze!

This is a wonderful place for your family vacation! This newly remodeled home has fresh interior paint, and is only a few yards from the ocean. Our home has 5 large bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, a fully equipped spacious kitchen for large family meals, black out curtains for the late sleepers, full size washer and dryer, smart tvs in every room, wifi / cable, and a super fun bunk room for the kids with a gaming TV. There is plenty of parking downstairs for three vehicles at additional costs through Ocean Lakes. We have updated the downstairs outside living area that already boasts a 50" TV for those who enjoy the sound of the ocean. We have added outside seating with a mini bar /stools ,new grill, table and chairs , L shaped couch and screens for a more private as well as protection from weather . We have added string lights on a timer to give a more ambience atmosphere . Under the stairs we have put some beach chairs, boards, sand toys, and other stuff for you to use as well as extra stackable seating. The house is located in one of the most popular areas in Ocean Lakes


(Holiday Inn Section) and is not only super close to the beach, but is also only a short walk to the basketball courts, beach volleyball, and Ocean Lakes Waterpark.

Well Equipped!
We had a great time. The home is in a perfect location to get to the beach or the pool areas/parks even without a golf cart. Very responsive owner and great communication. Kitchen was well equipped to stay in and cook. We had 11 people so the living area is tight for that many people, but the outdoor porch & lower level spaces helps with that.

Lovely House
We spent a week at this house, & it was great. Enough space for 10 of us & not too many steps for the older ones in our family. It was close enough to the beach that we could all easily walk it, but we did end up renting a golf cart to get to the pools because it was too far a walk to do multiple times each day for my grandma/mom. The host was fantastic in responding quickly to any questions or concerns. She was so kind & very willing to help. I'd say the only negatives for us were that the house could've been cleaner upon arrival--it just looked like a quick run through was done that day. I found shorts that were left behind by someone in the bedroom as I was making the bed & socks that someone left behind on the floor of the living room. Not a huge deal, but for paying thousands of $$ you want to know that where you're staying has been fully cleaned. Also, I've never stayed anywhere where the renters are expected to make the beds upon arrival. The cleaning company just puts the linens in the middle of the floor & you do the rest. Again, not a huge deal, but it seems like something that should be done if you've paid & are staying somewhere as a guest. There weren't enough linens to cover all pillows (we were given more the same night we requested them!) or sheets for the futon in the kids' room (we never asked for more, just used a flat sheet from another bed to cover it), & you're only given one kitchen towel for the week. All in all, though, it was a great house/vacation.

We loved staying here. We had plenty of room for our big family. The house is beautiful and exactly as described. It is so convenient to the beach and all the activities at ocean lakes. We also enjoyed the outside sitting areas of the house! Our 3 little grandsons ages 4, 3 and 2 had plenty of room to play. This was our first trip to ocean lakes and we are looking forward to coming back. The owners were very nice to communicate with and sent us all the information we needed to make our check in smooth and easy. We will stay here again.

This house was great! Sandy is very responsive and accommodating. Clean house and nice downstairs area to hangout at. Close walk to the beach and the playground for little ones. Plenty of parking under house. Would recommend to family and friends and hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed for a week the end of July and everything was awesome!! The house had so much to offer and we used the kitchen daily. The kitchen had crock pots, blender, and many of plates and utensils. The location was great being able to walk to the beach quickly. We will love to stay again on our next vacation. Sandy was great to work with. She always responded very quick with any question.

Beautiful and very clean home. This house has all the little extras you have at home but not usually in a rental. Very nice owners that respond quickly and are very helpful. Great experience all the way around. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to relax and have fun!
This property was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach and water park. The outside area is what we loved the most. It is on a small street and this was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes! The owner was quick answering any questions we had at the time and before we arrived.

Great for small kids/ infants. Fun pool and water park. Activities for kids. Houses are very close and lots of golf carts. Rental of golf carts 66-69 daily which we did not do. Easy walk to beach and pool. House as described pics accurate. Lots of teenagers and young kids driving golf carts. Next time we will do individual house and pool. Just not our vibe. You will need toilet paper if you are particular and paper towels. They had a lot of cooking needs and spices left from previous guest.

What a week....another Awesome Family Vaca in the books!!
We absolutely loved being able to spend family time at the beach with all the comforts of home. There was nothing that we didn’t have available to us!! Plenty of room for meals, socializing, all utensils and cookware fully stocked!! I took my own bullet to chop veges and lg crockpot and did not need either one due to being available at the house. Lots of outdoor sitting up and downstairs. Beach was a few steps away. Only suggestion would be ceiling fan in the downstairs sitting area and golf cart available. We rented two and everyone loved the riding around to look at OL. The park and coffee place was a hit. Overall just a wonderful vacation in a well-kept home that offered Exactly what was listed and this was great!! Would definitely rent again and share information with friends/family. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property! My family and I have been coming to Ocean Lakes for years and this was by far the easiest process with every description of the house being honest and accurate! We were worried about no ocean view but it is literal steps to the beach and I did it with a 4 and a 1 year old! It is on the quieter side of Ocean Lakes so getting to the beach and the spots on the beach didn’t seem as congested as other places! Beautiful home that every single square foot was thought out specifically to make our stay simple and easy!

We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for years and really enjoyed the house and location. The guys really enjoyed hanging out in the entertainment area downstairs. Perfect location for walking to the beach and not a far golf cart drive to the pool.
