The entire house with its sunny, partially covered south-facing terrace is bright and friendly. It has been completely renovated and completely refurbished.  On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all amenities including a cafissimo and the very comfortably designed living room with the terrace in front, with a small garden. The terrace is equipped with KETTLER garden furniture. On the upper floor, 2 modern, bright and friendly bedrooms with 2 double beds (180x200) and flat TV frame the shower and bath. The double bed in the smaller bedroom is only accessible on one side via a narrow entrance or the foot end. For the 2018 season, the bedrooms were covered with high-quality design vinyl and designed in the new STYLE. On the top floor there is an open game room with 2 single beds and a flat screen TV. The house Smeelwai has another bright, very spacious bathroom with shower and toilet in the basement. The house is family-friendly and has children's dishes, some children's books and a free high chair. If you prefer to sleep in your own bed linen and would also like to use your own towels, you can of course bring them with you, as these are not included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also book a laundry package retrospectively from the landlord (surcharge € 25.00 / person). The house has a DSL 100MB connection for WLAN and LAN. A deposit of 30% is due upon booking. The remaining payment must be made 4 weeks before the start of the trip.

The house Smeelwai is a modern and brightly furnished row house, in which you will certainly feel comfortable. Enjoy relaxing days in our holiday home Dünengras in Alt Westerland. The south-facing garden invites you to enjoy breakfast in the sun and start a relaxing vacation day.  

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
