This beautiful, very well-kept two-room apartment can become your temporary home. Well-equipped, with a view of the countryside and yet very centrally located between the main cities of Mainz and Wiesbaden, you can feel comfortable here.
The apartment is fully equipped, including a new fitted kitchen, and can also be rented out for longer periods (up to a maximum of 6 months). From the balcony you look into the garden, the apartment is on the side of the house facing away from the street and is very quiet.
It has a bedroom with a box spring double bed (160x200cm) and a convertible leather couch in the living room (140x200) and is suitable for 1-3 people.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the garden and the Maaraue recreation area.
A beautiful kitchen with a seating area for 4 people, a daylight bathroom and a separate toilet are also included.
