This cozy home has easy access to the beach - just a short walk, golf cart ride, or drive and your toes can be in sand. The Toucan offers an affordable vacation at the beach for your family. This inviting house features all the amenities of home -a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances; washer/dryer; high speed internet; Alexa; and TVs in the living area and all bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has double/double bunks.
The downstairs patio area is perfect for family fun, with a small bar, space for games, and BBQ grills!
If you want to dine out, you are just blocks away from popular restaurants and bars.

Small dogs (35 pounds or under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Weekend Getaway!

Location was amazing! House was nice, beds were a bit uncomfortable and the AC at night didn't seem to work, although it worked great during the day. Overall, a nice house in a great location.

Great TIme

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time. The only thing was that it took a minute to get the TV to start working in any of the rooms. But we all had a great time and the house was awesome.

Great value for a weekend getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a fantastic location, within walking distance to the beach. The property management company was very easy to work with, as well. The house was very clean, but there was an overwhelming smell that took all weekend to get used to. It smelled like the house had been smoked in and chemicals were used to try to cover the smell, unsuccessfully. There wasn't a broom or cleaning supplies available for me to use to clean up after us over the weekend (except for dish soap to hand wash), which would have been nice, but I would rent this house again. It was a nice, convenient choice for the price. The downstairs outdoor area and front porch were great for enjoying the summer weather.

We had to have toilet fixed twice the first and second day there. It wasn’t the cleanest, Wi-Fi did not work. I didn’t like having to pack linens. Grills need replaced badly

Toucan needs attention

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love crystal beach, and how close it is to Houston. We have stayed on bolivar countless times. This by far was the dirtiest home i have ever rented. The paint inside is chipping everywhere and most of the blinds were broken. 4 lights were burned out and there was black dog hair everywhere. We brought our own dog, so i am used to dog hair, but this was clearly not even swepted.
