Holiday apartment Obereharzstrasse

Welcome to our modern holiday apartment, finished in summer 2017 - right on the beautiful Harz (low mountain range). Lerbach, located between Osterode am Harz and Clausthal-Zellerfeld, is the starting point for beautiful hiking trips, for mountain bike and car trips. In addition to hiking, there are many other sports opportunities (including Biking, skiing) and sights (including City trips, mine visits).
Our apartment can accommodate a total of 6 people. It consists of a spacious living and dining area (wonderful view of mountain meadows) with a flat screen, sofa, large dining table and relaxation loungers. The living area leads to three separate bedrooms with a double bed and two loft beds. The large, very well equipped kitchen has u. a. a fridge / freezer, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. A Finnish sauna is integrated in the large bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac facing the Lerbachtal at the edge of the forest! A parking space, a terrace with garden furniture and a grill are available. Please note that our apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed!

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gemütlich und modern

Eine sehr gut und modern ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Küche bietet alles was man brauchen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung sehr ruhig und mit einem tollen Ausblick.

Ruhe & Ausblick

Alleine der traumhafte Ausblick auf die schönen Hügellandschaften ist ein Besuch wert. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist hochwertig, gepflegt und durchdacht (ausgerichtet auf Sport und Erholung); Nirgendwo habe ich jemals so gut geschlafen wie in diesem Bett. Alles fürs kochen und grillen ist vorhanden. Die schönsten Wanderrouten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der nahe gelegene Ort bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich.

Gerne wieder!!!

Angenehme Behaglichkeit, die Ausstattung in der sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen,gemütliches Licht in allen Räumen, kleine, liebevolle Details (Bücher, Wanderkarten, Kuscheldecken, Wanderrucksäcke... da kommt man gern nach der Wanderung heim). Herrliche Sauna!

Super ausgestattete Wohnung

Es war alles super. Familie Radomsky versorgt ihre Gäste mit allem, was man so benötigt und braucht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und wirklich gepflegt und sauber!!!! Tipps für Wanderungen wurden auch gegeben. Fazit: 7 Tage waren zu wenig! 😄

Skøn terrasse

Boligen er rummelig og moderne og den strore terrasse med grill og havemøbler er virkelig skøn. Landsbyen Lerbach har ikke noget at byde på, men der er kun 10 minutters kørsel til Osterode med gode indkøbsmuligheder, cafeer og restauranter. Til trods for at der er skiltet til det flere steder i Osterode, har det store Aloha Aqualand været lukket de sidste 3 år, så hvis man vil i badeland, skal man køre langt for det.

Alles prima

Angenehmer Kontakt zu den Vermietern, gutes ausführliches Handbuch mit Tipps etc. und sehr ruhige FeWo mit dem Luxus einer Privatsauna. Wir haben die Woche in Lerbach sehr genossen und die FeWo als Ausgangspunkt für viele Exkursionen in den Harz genutzt.

Mehr als 5***** tolles Apartment

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrem Mann war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir würden sehr gerne mehr als 5 Sterne für dieses Schmuckstück geben. Auf jeden Fall bleibt es auf meiner Merkliste. ☺️

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Harz

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine tolle Woche in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte, verbracht. Die Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Strandkorb, gemütlicher Essecke und vorhandenem Grill lud zum verweilen ein. Der direkte Ausblick in die Natur ist wunderschön und die umliegenden Badeseen sind bei sommerlichen Temperaturen ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wanderungen sind direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus möglich. Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Erfurt

Erholung pur mit Traum-Ausblick

Wir haben zu zweit einen wundervollen 10-tägigen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die schön und modern eingerichtete FeWo ließ nichts vermissen und bot weitaus mehr, als wir bisher von FeWos gewohnt waren. Besonders toll sind die top ausgestattete Terrasse, der wundervolle Ausblick, sowie die Sauna. Unser Lieblingsplatz waren die Liegen am Panoramafenster. 😊 Die Sauberkeit der FeWo war ebenfalls super. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊
