Beautiful chalet!

Exactly as described, Brittany was awesome having everything in advance. Policies are super clear, everything is easy to follow. Very comfortable and accommodating.

True Pocono country living

House met all our needs and more. Scenic location with deer arriving early every morning and late evening. Enjoyed the comfortable master bedroom accommodations. Other 2 bedrooms were not used but there was TV in every room. Had a hot tub but we didn’t use it. Great central location too! We recommend it for those who want a great Spring experience!

This was my first time doing a short term rental. This house was not properly cleaned prior to checking in, light fixture over kitchen counter was not properly secure and the barstools were not good, not safe to sit on! The dishes were not properly cleaned.

Ski Weekend

We had a fabulous time staying here. Everything was clean and felt very safe. We enjoyed the hot tub and game rooms. We stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday weekend and went skiing. Everyone we met in the towns round the rental were very kind and even offered us recommendations. Brittany was very responsive to our questions and was extremely helpful. Thank you for such a great weekend!

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Getaway weekend

Great stay in Albrightsville! Very spacious and clean for our stay. We had 6 people stay and everyone had their own bed which was nice. Great entertainment space and a nice jacuzzi to enjoy at night, and a game room. Everything you need was available from washer and dryer to all kitchen essentials. Brittany our host was so attentive and kind, she even came to help us late at night when we needed assistance. I highly recommend this place. You will love it.

Nice Property

The house was nice and clean. There were some things that needed to be fixed (front screen door, light fixture, molding, etc) Overall the inside was nice with the exception of the futon in the living room that couldn't be converted back to seating, this took up almost half of the living room and did restricted seating in the room. The outside of the house needs upkeep, the rear deck and some of the furniture out there were in very poor shape. The hot tub needs to be cleaned and properly maintained better. Overall though we were able to enjoy our stay.

Mountain Getaway

We had a very nice stay at this mountain property. The house was very clean upon arrival. Enjoyed the nature decor. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the game room, pool table and hot tub. It is a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, saw more deer than people! The front porch and grills on back deck could have been a little cleaner and some upgraded deck chairs would be a nice added touch. Would return again and would recommend to others.

first BnB/Vrbo experience

We can give high stars to this location, because my family left with mostly good memories. There were some things that we noted during our stay, but none of them greatly influenced our time there. We realize that when you have various families staying at a location time and time again there are going to be issues (i.e. it won't be perfect). For example: The grill had not been cleaned. The toilet had a minor leak. Again, none of these items are critical. On the other hand, all of the amenities were wonderful. The hot tub worked perfectly. The gaming tables were a delight. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was awesomely furnished. The area was quiet, therefore relaxing.

Nice getaway, close to Jim Thorpe

We have stayed in a number of rentals in the area and this was by far, one of the nicer ones! What made it esp. nice was the property coordinator, Brittany. She was awesome and extremely responsive. There was a binder of helpful information like where to eat and what to do. The house was very clean. The location was great for getting to Jim Thorpe. We very much appreciated having our whole family together for the trip (dogs and all). I'm pretty sure we saw more deer than people!

Perfect Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here, the area is nice and the house was perfect! The property manager was great, she was quick to reply when I messaged her (an error on my part) and very helpful. The game room and pool table were a good time. Large tv in the living room for movies and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deer that passed through the yard all throughout our stay. Hiking trails, lake and pool were all perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house in a great location

The house is in a location that feels like your off the grid. Something you will enjoy more each day. Very quiet at night, great for enjoying the hot tub. We woke up in the mornings to enjoy a cup of coffee on the back deck with the deer, a lot of deer with babies. The house needs some small repairs but in general was in good shape. The only issue I had was you have to bring your trash to a central location 15 mins. away. With the cost of the host fee you would think this would be done by the cleaning crew.

Weekend getaway

The chalet was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. There were a few minor property issues that we reported to the property manager whose responsiveness was excellent! Overall this was a nice family getaway to the Poconos area.

As expected

Best hideout from the city noise and contamination, the air you breathe here is different, everything was as described, will definitely book again for summer, no need to leave this place, it has everything you need, just bring enough food. Hot tub was ready when we got there! , kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table games, loved the high ceiling, and the sense of privacy. Host was very polite and helpful, and answered any questions within minutes. Great place ! Note: community pool and lake are not open during winter or early spring . But Not a deal breaker . Oh almost forgot, fire place is amazing !!

Great home!
