Simply furnished wooden house, ideal for families with children. The house is located on a 10,000 m2 shared plot, where there are also houses CKB294 and CKB295, which is well suited for a combined stay of several families. The ambience and nature in this area are unique and there are many interesting places to visit. For example, visit the source of the river Gacka. You should definitely taste grilled trout in the restaurants in the area. Also explore the memorial Memorijalni centar Nikola Tesla in Smiljan, the birthplace of the world famous physicist. A 400 m long gravel road leads to the object. For common use with cottages CKB295 and CKB294 there is a pool with sundeck, as well as children's toys such as playhouse, sandbox, seesaw and swing, 8 bicycles for adults, a net for badminton/volleyball, a gazebo with barbecue, an outbuilding on two floors with entertainment facilities such as table tennis, table soccer, projector with screen for possible presentations, billiards in addition also a kitchenette and a bathroom.
