This wonderful semi-detached house with a shared garden offers its guests the opportunity to spend a relaxing vacation in a pleasant living atmosphere. It is located in a quiet residential area of Rijeka and close to the magical coastal town of Opatija. From the first floor white marble stairs with decorated art photos on the walls lead to the upper floor, where you will find the apartment furnished with great attention to detail. From the kitchen-living room you can reach the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The lowest ceiling height is about 120 cm. On the well-kept property you will find a barbecue and nice garden furniture. You can easily reach the beaches by car, just like the city center of Rijeka and numerous restaurants in nearby Opatija.
