Great Location! Responsive Host!

The property manager, Greg was very responsive to our needs. There was a problem with the jazz barbecue grill and pool heater, but after contacting Gege, she was on it and called a plumber and got everything working for us promptly. Very clean. We would definitely rent from her again!

Close to everything.

Property was really close to everything. Large home with plenty of room for everyone. Pool was beautiful. Wish we could have used it but during our stay in October the wind was too high to comfortably be in it.

Great spot for a weekend in Vegas

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party and had an excellent stay. It’s a very short drive from the Strip, and close to the airport as well. There are several bedrooms and lots of amenities so it’s great for larger groups. The pool and back deck area were great for relaxing in the events after the days adventures, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and quite clean. The host was friendly and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely book this spot again!

BedRooms was enough for all my family . The 2 refrigerators were awesome for my family needs & having the heated pool & jacouzi was the best. Thank you for our Vegas experience !

Overall, our stay was great. The property manager was accessible and answered any questions I had. The home could have been a little bit cleaner with the trash bins being emptied before our stay. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

I really enjoyed this house. There are a few things that could be updated but for the price and the location, I felt it was a very good deal. The house is literally, 4-minutes to the airport, 5-minutes to the Strip and about 10-12 minutes to the Convention Center. We were a group of professionals that were up and out early every morning and fairly late to get in so, not sure about plane noise during the day but, we never heard them at night. The owner was quick to respond to any issues we had and her maintenance man was kind and professional. The saltwater swimming pool is so incredible after being on the trade show floor; we were in it daily! We did not use the hot tub or the fourth bathroom, that's in the pool house, but it was nice to know they were there if we needed them.

Family house

Great house for a big family. Close to the strip and airport. Very quiet at night. Perfect for when you have to take your kids to Vegas. They will have a blast at the pool. The house was clean and organize. Hostess wasvery nice and had everything ready for us to check in. I wull definitely recommend this house.

Pretty good!

House and property was very accommodating. Pool and Hot tub were great. Everyone had there own space and we had a group of 12. 4th bathroom was outside and not usable. And there was a lack of towels and toilet paper. Overall if you have a big group i recommend it.

Exceptional value and customer service

Our host was the most accommodating and friendly off ALL hosts I've met on here or "that other site." She constantly checked in to see what we needed and constantly supplied amenities and upgrades (such as an office desk for me to work.) The location is an older one, but an Uber to the strip was 9 dollars - the pool was magnificent and the backyard could host a 50 person BBQ it is so large.
