The Cape is a two bedroom, and two and a half bath townhouse with a nice patio for hanging out outside. There is a second entrance through the laundry room for easy shedding of sandy, wet beach attire and towels.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, television, en-suite bath. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds, tv and en-suite bath. The downstairs sofa is a sleeper sofa so this unit will comfortably sleep six.

The Island Square complex offers a nice swimming pool with bathroom access and a fitness center. The Cape includes 3 TVs, washer/dryer.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
