Come stay awhile in this fabulous newly remodeled upscale farmhouse meets modern, locally designed/decorated 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home! With an ideal living room to sit and chat with friends in front of a cozy ambiance fireplace while enjoying a glass of local wine, you'll find the full kitchen ideal for entertaining! Just a short 10 min walk to Main street! Our professional cleaning staff uses EPA approved cleaning products before each stay. Reserve now for your future visit to the 'Burg!

Fabulous farmhouse modern with a prefect location plus a private hot tub that welcomes a group of 6. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

Girls Getaway

This property is exceptionally clean and decor is super cute ... great for girls trip. Outdoor area was a great place to sit and unwind. Our only negative was in the kitchen equipment, could use a few more utensils and pots and pans.

Daughter’s 21st bday trip

Bright my daughter and her friend, my best friend, and mom and her best friend for a weekend in F-burg to shop, hike the Rock, and a private wine tasting at Slate Theory. Great trip! The house was perfect! Love the location, decor, size…and giant pecans in the yard! Highly recommend for a group of 6-8!

Great stay

Everything was east. The communication was quick and clear. The house was clean as was the rest of the property. It’s a short walk (and even shorter drive) to Main St. The house is in a residential neighborhood so nights were quiet.

My friends and I rented this home out for a weekend and loved its close proximity to everything in Fredericksburg. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay which made the weekend stress free and allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves. I would 100% stay here again!

The house was perfect for our girls trip for 4. Everything is updated and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We’d definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room

Good location and plenty of room and very clean. Just the bare necessities are provided. If you plan to cook, plan on providing everything. Towels are a little worn and the queen mattress has a hump in the middle, making it impossible for two to sleep in it. Half-bath drain cover is missing and the sliding door for the back bathroom was broken. We managed to get it back on its track. Some throws in the living area would have been appreciated as well as some information about local restaurants or wineries. Nice neighborhood and the outdoor fireplace was nice.

Great outdoor space

Property was good size for 4 adults. It has a washer and dryer even though the listing said it did not. Easy walk to The Old German Bakery. Definitely go there for pastries or breakfast.

Awesome location with style

This house is right off Main Street so it’s very close to everything. You could even walk. The house is decorated super cute modern. The beds were very uncomfortable. None of us slept well. If they could remedy this, it would make this place perfect.

Cozy house

The house was nice and clean. Great location. The 3 rd is an add on so the heat didn’t quite reach that room so some of us were freezing 🥶and the others, 😓 sweating. The WiFi had a few issues. The hot tub was great!and the fireplace outside was very cozy! Over all , just a nice little place to enjoy the weekend.
