Perfect location!
The condo is perfectly located along the beach with views to the water! We sat on the large lanai every morning and evening enjoying the variety of birds and ocean waves. People came every night for the unobstructed sunsets which were AMAZING! Although the bedroom was small (fits a King though!) the condo has plenty of storage in all rooms for your belongings. An umbrella for the beach (to accompany the provided beach chairs) would have been a plus;)

Aloha! We came to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an epic time. We loved the location, unit, and complex. It had everything we needed, amazing sunsets, beautiful ocean views, turtles, pool, grill, and an amazing kitchen. Great shops around the area amazing coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, etc. Also, the area was super quiet and a great place to relax. We would book here again.

Updated Beach Front Gem
The unit seems to have been very recently updated. They did a great job with the renovation. Super clean, cool and tidy. Great views right out the doors and easy walks to places to eat out or at the market. The overall location is great as it's very central to driving north, south, east or up country for different beaches and experiences.

Lovely Kihei Beachfront Gem
Beautiful remodel, amazing location (walk to almost anything you need), great views, amazing sunsets, easy parking, prompt owner communication. We live on Maui and needed a place to stay for a month between selling our home and closing on our new home.. This condo was everything we could have asked for and the owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful Condo right on the beach.
Views are fabulous - however be aware there is not swiming/snorkling recommended right in front of the condo - however it is Maui, so many great places a short drive away! Hostess was great at communication and accommodating our needs. Would recommend additional towels/wash cloths for guests.

This unit is stunning. Quality finishes and fully equipped. This unit is first floor ocean front with a beautiful lawn. I wouldn’t stay in this building unless I was on the first floor. It is such an extension of the space. The management in the building is very helpful w d available. The complex is close to everything.

Great property. Property manager was always available and got back to me right away. Just a few minor issues which were immediately attended to. Beach right out front. Beautiful sunsets every night. Great location. John, who takes care of the complex, was great and always available.

Seriously, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my wife and me. The pictures do not do this property justice as the beach is closer than it looks. Great location, as well! Aside from Hana, everything was within 30 minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Oasis
This is a great little condo, right on the beach. It's in central Maui and a good launch point for much if the island. A few minutes from more resorty Wailea, 25 minutes from Lahaina or Paia. Clean with a bunch of amenities like beach chairs, little coolers, etc. We often got back around sunset for awesome views from the beach or the patio/lanai. The other folks in the building were chill and friendly. Very few folks on the beach, so it felt private. Water was great and calm. Saw a few turtles each day on the beach and constantly sat and watched the whales offshore. Everything was easy and as listed, so we never had to contact anyone on anything. Really enjoyed this location and will seek to stay here again if we get to return to Maui.

This was our tenth visit to Maui, every time in Kihei, our fourth attempt to find the most suitable location. Our daughter and her spouse had found Hale Kai O Kihei last year and thought we’d like it. They were right as this condo’s ground floor location, proximity to the ocean, shopping, and sense of community really suited us! We found the unit very comfortable and the manager, Christine, was super helpful when we contacted her. Yes, we loved it so much that we’ve booked for 2024 and look forward to enjoying the promised Reno’s that will happen before our return. Yes, five star for us!

The view is wonderful. The bed is uncomfortable. We received 2 and 1/2 rolls of T.P. for 7 days . There were no dishwasher tabs. We were told by the manager if we wanted dishwasher tabs or more toilet paper we would have to buy our own. I would have thought for the money we paid it would have been included. We did leave 3 double rolls so hopefully the next guests will have T.P.

Our stay was wonderful overall. The condo is steps from the beach. It was so nice to sit out on the Lanai to sip my morning coffee or enjoy the sunset. The unit was clean and we had what we needed. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but that was the only thing that could have been better. I’d stay here again.

Not the Four Seasons, but just fine!
This quant and quiet condo is situated perfectly to explore the island of Maui. The condo is slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. The grounds are well kept and central to everything around. There is ample free parking. Pool and beach access and a close drive to everything around. Christine, the property manager was excellent. Would stay here again!

Perfect Honeymoon
After spending a few days in busy Waikiki on Oahu, this place in Maui was exactly what we were looking for in part 2 of our honeymoon. The unit is as advertised in a quite little development steps away from what we considered to be our "own" beach. The unit was simple and clean - perfectly located in Maui for exploring in all directions. We'd come back and stay again!

Perfect honeymoon retreat
Our stay at Pam’s place was perfect. It is in a great location, right on the beach with sunsets even better than pictured and turtles beaching on the shore every night. What a place to experience Gods glory in creation! Pam was a wonderful host and helped us in so many ways to prepare for a wonderful honeymoon stay. It had everything one would need, was quiet and secluded, close to much dining and shops and even had beach gear stocked (huge plus when traveling from the mainland) we would definelty stay here again and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! It was such an undeserved blessing!!! Thanks Pam! :)

The view cannot be described!
The most impressive view and beach access that you could ask for. Sunsets were amazing. The beach had fine sand with no rocks. We used the beach chairs and the beach towels. Parking was easy and check in was just as easy. The condo was furnished beautifully and had a great refrigerator (that was the only appliance we used!). Overall a great stay!

We visited for our 44th anniversary. We were married in Hawaii and had not been back since. We could not have had a better trip. The location, the property, the local manager ( a very friendly helpful fellow) and a simply wonderful stretch of weather made this a special trip. We will go back.

The property overall was clean. Everything we needed was there. We like that it's very close to the beach. We love all the extra amenities. The location was also great. The only thing we didn't like was the washers in the laundry service stop at 8PM.

Our names are Fred and Pam Green. We have travelled to Hawaii many times over the last 3 decades. We love all of Hawaii, but have a special place in our hearts for the island of Maui. We purchased this condo, #102 in 2022 and #205 in 2018 to have a place to come to with family and friends and share our love for this beautiful island.

Why they chose this property

We were first struck by the amazing views from the lanai and the close proximity to the beach. We love the peacefullness of the beach, being the only condo building in the midst of many single family residenses really lends itself to the feeling of a private beach. The location topped off our attraction to this property being in a generally sunnier, warmer area of Maui, yet within an easy drive of other appealing areas.
