Welcome your family and friends here to your "Home away from home" This newly built fourplex is equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you could need! Enjoy the spacious bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, large tvs, and welcoming environment. The game room is full of puzzles and games for the family! Bathrooms are stocked with towels! The unit is thoroughly cleaned in between every guests stay! Less than 5 minutes from the interstate and 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas! Food and gas is just right up the road. Stay a weekend or stay a week!

Spring Break stay

Property was very nice. Price was great. Had a bit of trouble finding instructions, but I think that was a VRBO problem. Overall, would recommend.

Not What We Expected

Overall, great trip. However, the host informed us after we arrived that “occupancy” (which everywhere means “people staying overnight in a dwelling,”) was being very strictly interpreted as… we could not have family members visit us if the total number of people exceeded 8. As we were in town for a family reunion, we would have preferred to know this earlier. There were also almost no lamps, only bright overhead lighting. The host had to come bring us new sheets for one bed, there were few if any hand towels, and we had to hunt for pillowcases. So…weird stuff!

This condo had everything we needed for a three night stay. It was very clean and well kept. It was a good location and quiet neighborhood. All communication was responded to promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrible communication

Asked to change check in date. Took 2 days for the host to respond. Understood she could not accommodate the change, but I immediately asked after I was messages back, for a possible early check in. Never got a response. Got to the property and sent a request for the WiFi password, again no response. 4 days later, asked about departure things that had to be done, that’s when I received the check in instructions with the WiFi password and what to do upon arrival and departure. Worst host ever! Otherwise, the property was beautiful, not walking distance to anything, everything was at least a 10 min drive. Overall was a nice stay, just wished the host was more responsive. Thank goodness there was no emergency.

We had a booth at the fairgrounds and enjoyed our time in Fayetteville. The place was easy to find and clean. Very nice place to place.

Super convenient to the washington county fairgrounds

House was stocked with everything. Very clean! 8 of us fit easy. And super easy to get to. I will forsure be recommending to our livestock show families for years to come.

Family Vacation

This condo had everything we needed for the home base of our trip. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, and the neighbothood was quiet in the evenings. Every store we needed to go to was within a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean.

Wedding

We really enjoyed this townhome. It was a new property and beautiful. We were conveniently located around the Fayetteville and Benton areas for a wedding we attended and there were easy access to restaurants and stores. We also took some long walks on nature trails adjacent to the community. The beds were comfortable and the only issue we had was one bathroom had been used by someone prior to our arrival and was not cleaned. Otherwise it was a great spot.

Amazing Townhouse

Do not miss out on this gem!! This three bedroom townhouse has plenty of room and is close to the main attractions in Fayetteville. I will definitely be staying here again.

Comfy Hideaway Close to Everything

My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay while visiting extended family. The location was clean, quiet, and very accessible for us with all basic amenities. The only thing that I wish we had more of were pillows, each bed only had two pillows on them and they were not very comfortable. The small bed that my child slept on had a nearly broken frame, two of the supporting legs were bent substantially. The balcony was a lovely spot for us to sit and enjoy the evenings, and the couches were quite comfortable. The checkout process was easy to follow and straightforward. Overall this listing was great and close to any part of Fayetteville one might one to visit! It seems new enough that they are still finding their flow, but for the rate it was quite nice. Thank you!

Good property

Good property. It would be nice if a broom or something was available. Also the garage door was not simple to operate, and we were not able to get the app working. My wife would also have appreciated a blow drier for her hair. It would have also been nice to have dish rags to wipe down the table and counter tops after meals.
