Welcome to Casa Lujo Caletas, an ideal sanctuary for families and groups.
Casa Lujo Caletas is carefully designed to relax and bring people together in a unique tropical retreat. Concierge available.
It is a modern 4 bed, 3.5 bath luxury villa with an amazing custom infinity pool that has some of the most incredible ocean and sunset views you can ever see.
It is full of US based amenities and luxury touched yet has not lost its Tico roots with authentic use of hand crafted local hard wood throughout.
Each bedroom is equipped with brand new 55" Samsung smart TV's that include a VPN to watch US based YouTubeTV, HULU, Netflix, Disney +, HBOMax, and more.
The living room features a 65" Samsung smart TV viewed from a high quality comfortable sectional sofa. You will find yourself spending a lot of time looking out the open air concept in this living area as it has 10 high quality glass pocket doors that open and close in minutes with ease.
The entire house is equipped with High Speed Wifi with extenders. It also has 6 zones of Sonos amps with incredible speakers that feed audio to both master suites, kitchen, living room, and outdoor kitchen/pool area. This system is app controlled and can stream any media choice. The home is protected with 6 camera security system and digital deadbolts at all entry points for your safety.
The outdoor kitchen includes an additional fridge, island with 4 stools, high quality Bali propane grill, 55" Tv that can articulate to any angle, and seating for 8 integrated into this outdoor space under a custom bamboo roof.
The main floor includes a half bath, modern kitchen area that has everything you would expect including Samsung stainless fridge, oven, convection microwave, and dishwasher.
There is a nice sized island attached to a unique one of a kind custom tree trunk dinette table with 5 custom wood stools to match. The local wood craftsman literally went into a local rainforest and selected this trunk and turned it into this amazing result, there are also over 25 different locations throughout the home featuring this local Guanacaste wood hand crafted into place.
Every room has a separate AC split systems that can keep it as comfortable as one desires.

Why they chose this property
I have been traveling to Costa Rica since 1999. I knew on the first trip here that I wanted to own a second home here. It took me over 20 years to accomplish, but it is now a reality. I carefully selected land in my favorite spot in the entire country. It has taken over 2 years to complete the construction project and it was all well worth it! There are so many amazing things about this home and its location that is hard to even list.
What makes this property unique
You are at an unreal 1000 + feet elevation with a western focus and it provides some of the most picturesque views I have ever taken in. It is literally jaw dropping, pictures and videos unfortunately do no justice. You have an amazing resort less than 1/8 mile away that allows access to a private beach, spa, restaurants, and more. The master planned Los Suenos community with a Marriott property, private golf course, and luxury marina is only 7 minutes away. The city of Jaco is only 10-12 minute drive and provides so may shopping, restaurant, night life, and beach options. You are right at one hour from San Jose and only one and a half hours from Manuel Antonio and its famous national park. It would not be unusual to sit outside our home and see a whale breach, pair of Macaws fly into the tree, Monkey or sloth come down to say hello, or even a rare baby Puma sighting in the distance. It is one of these places that you have to experience to appreciate and understand how special it is. Hope to have you visit soon!
