CASA NOCI is nestled between a vineyard and a walnut plantation, with a gorgeous view of the hilly countryside and the small village of MERGO, which is beautifully illuminated at night.
on the almost 4000 sqm large and completely fenced ground you will find various terraces and the 60 sqm large saltwater pool, 15 x 4 meters.

LOFT FIENILE is an independent building on the site.

the property consists of 3 restored buildings, the approximately 300 years old, former FARMHOUSE, an equally old NEUEBAU (formerly remise and pigsty) and the approximately 75 years old FIENILE.
all buildings have been lovingly restored from 2006 to 2012 and equipped with state - of - the - art technology.

the FIENILE, a former shed for the storage of straw bales, has been renovated in an industrial style. the walls are not of stone, but of air-concrete bricks. they were treated with terracotta-colored plaster.
