The garage has been converted into climate-controlled game room with ping pong table and dart board. This vacation home promises to not disappoint.

Little less than half a mile to the beach and 6 homes from the best park at the beaches, which includes a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a huge playground. We provide all the necessary equipment except skateboards. Also, it is very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and grocery stores. We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
