Imagine waking up to the sound of the Gulf of Mexico waves and feeling the gentle breeze on your face. You look out upon the morning sunrise taking it all in and decide to walk on the beach just steps away. This is what you can expect at a stay in our beachfront vacation condo.

Experience South Padre Island
South Padre island has a great variety of activities sure to please everyone! South padre Island is visitor friendly year round and there are a myriad of many fun and interesting activities. There are many delicious restaurants to enjoy locally caught seafood or some will even prepare your own catch. Some even within walking distance. Explore the island from a golf cart, or bike around town or on the beach. You can also go horseback riding, parasailing, and explore the coastal fishing/ tournaments. Individual charter and group fishing trips are all available. Play mini golf, enjoy nightclubs, and have fun at a huge waterpark that’s only a couple miles away.
For the nature enthusiast and animal lovers, our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean life. Visit Sea Turtle Inc., and visit the rescued sea turtles. Seat Turtle Inc. is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sea turtles.

Heavenly getaway

My wife and I spent a 3 day getaway on South Padre and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo had everything we needed - though honestly, the patio alone was pretty close to everything we needed. It was well appointed, close to the beach, and we slept comfortably. The hosts were responsive and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Beach Front Property

A great place for a great price! This property is close to just about everything! You can walk downstairs or take the elevator down one level and go straight out onto the beach. There is a rinse station there for guests to use prior to returning to the condos. You can walk out the door of this condo and either turn left and go to the pool or turn right and go straight to the adults-only hottub. The hottub was not heating properly while we were there, but once the facility fixes that, it would be a nice retreat. The coin laundry services are just to the left and down the corridor too. The property was clean and in a very nice and safe area. Occasionally, you would hear a car with loud speakers drive by on the relatively quiet street (it is off the main stretch thankfully). Other than that, never heard the neighbors and enjoyed my coffee on the private balcony. It was nice to sit in the livingroom and leave one of the two sliding glass doors open and just hear the waves splash onto the shore. This property is just north of most of the bars and restaurants, which adds to the quietness. However, you can drive to them in just a few minutes or take a nice stroll to them. I would definately stay at this condo again!

Great condo and responsive owner

My family visits South Padre every summer and we have stayed in many Inverness condos over the last few years. We have actually stayed in this condo before under a previous owner, and i loved the new decorations and the little touches that made the condo special. My son called it “The Turtle Condo” and loved all the sea turtle decorations. The condo was comfortable and clean, and we had everything we needed. From little mats on the floor, to plenty of kitchen items, we appreciated all of the thoughtful extras. We did have an issue with water leaking from the kitchen sink, but Tom was quick to respond and get someone out to take care of the problem, including giving us extra towels due to having to use them for the water. It was a minor inconvenience that did not affect our experience too much. The Inverness although old is still my favorite place to stay on the island. The water was crystal clear while we were there and the weather was great. The only negative was the large amount of mosquitos on the property the first two days when we got there, but they disappeared pretty quickly. Great stay, and would rent again!

From the moment my son and I walked in the room, we were in awe! The curtains were open to nirvana! The condo smelt so wonderful! The bed was so comfortable! Very soft! Everything was supplied for the kitchen! I loved that feature. My favorite part was definitely the view! It was so nice to sit outside at night and just hear the waves and relax. I am definitely booking this condo again same time next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Place to Stay

This condo was perfect for us. The size, the view, the location, and the owners were just what we were looking for. A beautiful view of the beach/surf from the living room was so relaxing. The balcony was larger than we imagined. The location to the beach was short. I plan to stay here again.

The condo was great! AC was awesome (we had friends staying at same place that couldn’t get it below 78). We had NO issues except the agreement of an early check-in that I couldn’t find the correspondence on. I called the property manager at the # provided and he immediately answered and confirmed that we could check in 2 hours early. I would highly recommend this unit and stay again! Great job keeping up the place!

Great Condo on the Beach

My husband and I loved staying here so much we extended our stay! The condo size was perfect for us and in an ideal location both on the Island and in the complex itself. The hosts, Tom and Bridgette, were very responsive, kind, and extremely helpful. We would love to stay again!

Million Dollar View

The check-in process was easy and we had no problems getting access to the condo. Condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all essentials you need. The view from the balcony is amazing and loved the high chairs so you could see over railing. Easy beach access. We had a small issue with the air conditioner drain leaking and I contacted the owners and they had it taken care of immediately.

Great balcony overlooking beach

The condo was just as described. The best was sitting on the balcony, drinking my morning coffee…watching people on the beach and watching and listening to the waves!! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very cooperative … but we did get several mornings of quietly sitting on those nice high chairs!! Also, the condo has great access to the beach…actually great access to everything with the elevator right outside the door!!
