LOCATION:
Welcome Home! Enjoy your private spacious one bedroom condo in this inviting low rise gated community. The resort is located off Front Beach Rd, a street full of life. You will find the condo on a second level with a breezy private balcony... worth every step! The resort is close to local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores with a CVS pharmacy nearby. There is also a back entrance from Panama City Beach Parkway with a convenient store and gas station just across the street. Check out Shuckums Oyster Pub, and the Pier Park shops at your leisure. Go west to Beautiful Camp Helen State Park or the famous Route 30A to Seaside and other famous communities.
AMENITIES:
Horizon South is a gated community with Gulf Beach access for registered guests just across our Front Beach gate entrance. The Resort features 4 pools with one heated seasonally for cooler days, a large hot tub, baby pool, basketball courts, 18 hole mini golf, tennis courts, shuffleboard, community grills, fitness room, and pool tables in the Clubhouse. There is a laundromat on the premises for your sandy items. Wristbands are required to be worn during your entire stay for the Resort and the use of amenities. You can purchase wristbands through the Property Management office open daily from 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Pool hours and recreation areas are 9:00am - 11:00pm unless otherwise posted.
There is No Lifeguard on duty at any time.

THE SPACE:
Enter the spacious living and dining area with a smart tv, sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen and bar. Down the hall you find the bunk as well as a washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed with a walk in closet.
For your comfort there are 1.5 bathrooms. You can work from home with a dedicated workspace, printer and Free WiFi. With Self check in/keyless entry there is NO need to wait in lines.
GUEST ACCESS:
Horizon South requires All guests to purchase armbands for each guest 6 years and older to stay at the Resort. This also gives you access to the private beach entrance as well as the amenities of the community. Wristbands can be purchased for $20 per person through the Property Management Office from 8am - 4pm.
Credit/debit cards accepted.
Guest parking passes are required, and you can pick those up at the Office as well. There are up to 2 parking passes available per unit. You can park at the front of our building or anywhere on the premises.
$25 per vehicle and extended stay guests will pay max of $50
If you arrive on the property after business hours they ask that you go to the office first thing in the morning.
