Enjoy this cozy studio apartment across the street from the historic Waynesville Country Club that's convenient to shopping and dining in Hazelwood, downtown Waynesville, and Frog Level!

You'll take the exterior staircase to a cozy porch where you'll find the door to your private space. Enter with keyless access to find a goodie basket and welcome booklet filled with helpful suggestions to make the most of your visit.

The studio is complete with a comfy double size bed, efficiency stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and silverware. Cooking your favorite meal is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. All linens towels and bathing products are provided to make you as comfortable as possible.

Watch your favorite shows or catch up on a little work with highspeed internet and cable tv. Relax after a long day by sitting on the deck with your favorite beverage to enjoy the songbirds and mountain views.

You have access to convenient off-street parking with space #98 in front of the building. We have some landscaping work in progress and renovations to our downstairs unit post Hurricane Helene that will be wrapping up soon.

Waynesville Getaway
Great place for a couple, especially if you plan to only use it as a home base while exploring the town and surrounding mountains. We basically only slept there and then used it to clean up for dinner. It was clean and had all the necessities required for comfort.

We stayed at this Vrbo while visiting family in Waynesville. The studio was simple and clean, sufficient for what we needed. There was plenty of room for us to set up the pack’n’play for our baby. The host instructions were clear, easy to access, convenient parking, and the studio had everything we needed to prepare coffee and breakfast. Wall ac unit worked well, and shower had hot water. Overall, comfortable stay and felt like a reasonable value.

Perfect locale
Perfect spot and size for us. We traveled to Bryson City a couple of times to see family and stayed local for shopping and dining out the rest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and quiet. Little mixup on the check-in info (technology!) but VRBO helped us get in touch with the host. Great folks and great place.

My stay was more of a business trip, but it was convenient to everything. I passed daylight donuts every morning, and I had a very hard time saying no, since they were open at 6 AM as I drove by. Never felt unsafe quiet neighborhood, easy check in and out. Cost and convenience was better than a hotel! Definitely recommend!

This property was located in a quiet peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the golf course and the hills beyond. And the place was immaculately clean and comfortable. Quiet studio
This place was exactly what I needed for staying near Cullowhee for a conference. It was very quiet but you might want to bring an eye mask if you need dark to sleep. There were hardly any cars on the road and the mountain view was lovely! Nice spot and very reasonably priced for the space.

The property served our needs. It was close to downtown Hazelwood and Waynesville. Location was across the street from Waynesville Country Club and Spa. Construction on the Club did not interfere with us. Our only comment would be to have a queen size bed that would accomodate taller adults instead of a full size bed.

Needed an earlier check in due to screaming baby, done Tom made that happen. Walked in and the place was clean and very welcoming. Snacks provided. Had everything we needed abe more. Had a little trouble with the door and keypad and Bri called and walked me right through with no problems. Overall I would stay here again hands down. Thanks Tom And Bri

The studio is a cute, upstairs place with a little shared deck. The neighborhood was a strong mix of gentrified with non gentrified housing. While it is off of Main street, it is not in the downtown neighborhood of Waynesville. The apartment had everything we needed and was a nice size for a studio. Bed was really comfortable!

We started hosting in 2020 with a little cabin we renovated in Waynesville, NC. We enjoyed the experience of being hosts and having the opportunity to meet new and interesting people. After selling that property, we decided to turn two of our four rental units into Vrbo’s.

In addition to being hosts, Tom is a licensed general contractor and works for an engineering company in Asheville. Bri is a Realtor with Carolina Mountain Sales in Asheville serving all of Western North Carolina. We enjoy doing home renovations-seeing the old and outdated come back to life!

We are travelers who love staying at Vrbo’s whenever possible with our fur baby, Jazzy. We try our best to provide the same comfortable and affordable stays that we ourselves would book.

Waynesville is the perfect size community for a small town feel with all the activities and amenities we could want! We love the Hazelwood area and especially our location next to the Waynesville Country Club. We love our neighbors and the beautiful mountain views.
