Stay at one of the most highly sought-after corner units in Tidewater Beach Resort on a low 3rd floor with STUNNING panoramic beachfront views! Tidewater is one of the most amenity-packed resorts you will find located in the desired West end of Panama City Beach -- only 20 minutes from the airport, walking distance to Pier Park with plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and grocery stores nearby.
This beautifully decorated unit is located on the third floor with its own private hallway – meaning no noise from other guests walking by your room. This unit accommodates up to 4 adults & 2 children featuring a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a separate bunk bed area. There is also a pack-n-play stored away for those traveling with an infant. This unique layout provides an abundance of natural light that you won’t find in standard units! As you walk into the living space you will be amazed by the floor to ceiling windows that engulf you in incredible oceanfront views all around. The balcony overlooks the pool & provides a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the gulf or watching the fireworks that often light up the sky from the pier at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay – Keurig & regular style coffee pot, blender, cookware & utensils, etc. There is a large dining area just off the kitchen & plenty of storage space throughout the unit. There are games & books in the unit for guests to enjoy. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, cooler, & beach toys are provided in the unit for guests to use. The unit also includes a washer & dryer & free wifi.

This unit is only one flight of stairs above the 2nd floor walkway to the parking garage or lobby so you can avoid elevators during busy times or if you prefer an elevator, one is located just outside of your private hallway.

Great stay

Condo 318 was wonderful. The place was clean with everything we needed plus a great view of the ocean and pool. The location of the unit is great because you can take the stairs to get in and out quickly. The elevators on the property are just worthless and this removes that hurdle. The place is right on the beach which is amazing. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

This property was beautiful and so clean! The owners are extremely communicative and kind. Views were fantastic and besides some snafus with the elevators (at no fault of the owners), it was a great stay. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect beach getaway

This property and its owners are amazing. Check in is easy. The hosts have everything explained for you in the welcome email, no check in anxiety, where to park, what to do upon arrival and unit location is all there. The unit is well taken care of and in a great location within the property. Easy to get into and out of. Unit is located next to a lesser used elevator so never much of a wait. Down three floors and your right at the pool or a short walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella are provided if you don't bring your own. We had a great stay and will stay here again in the future.

Very Nice Stay

The room was located on a back corner of the building, but our balcony was situated so that we still had a great view of the ocean! Staff were efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised that the beach chairs and umbrella included with the room were sturdy, provided extra pockets (including an insulated pocket for cold drinks), and had handy carry straps. Our hosts also provided a beach cart, which was handy for hauling groceries from our car. However, on our first day on the beach we discovered that the umbrella could not be used anywhere in the area where the rental chairs were located, which took up about half of the Tidewater beach. We were able to set up on another section of the beach since it was low season, but that section likely would be very crowded at peak season. The fitness room was adequate, though it was uncomfortably warm for working out, lacked a water cooler or fountain, and workout towels were not provided. Nonetheless, we enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean from our balcony, sunning on the beach, eating a lot of excellent seafood at area restaurants, and binge-watching mystery shows in the evenings.

A perfect getaway

A great snowbird experience - a great condo for a small family however I was on my own after the recent loss of my wife. I could do as much or as little as I wanted, I was happy that I could cook my own meals (I only ate out twice) but there are lots of places within walking distance. The hosts were very easy to get along with and got back quickly when I had any questions.I am hoping to get back here next year.

Outstanding location on property and in PCB

Loved the wall of windows in living area to provide excellent view of emerald green water! Location of unit was perfect as it was at end of hallway and on low floor so steps could be used instead of slow elevators and it was quiet! King bed was comfortable and kitchen stocked well, along with beach chairs and carts! Beach chair service was simple and convenient. Really enjoyed this unit and Tidewater and it’s amenities!

It was wonderful.

Although the building is a bit dated and the elevators are slow, your unit was perfect. Because it is on the third floor it was just a few steps down to the second floor to access the parking garage and the pool area. The beach access was also very convenient. The condo is very nice and everything was clean and in working order. We all had a great time and if we ever go back to PCB we would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you for helping us have a memorable vacation.

Warning!!

I just wanted to let anyone know who rents from this couple that they will not hesitate to kick you out and take all your money regardless of the situation. Make sure you follow all the rules! We had a change of plans last minute for our trip and our friends had to bring their children so I admit we were over occupancy by three kids but we still had plenty of room for sleeping. We did nothing wrong besides this. The lady had talked to me the night we arrived and told me we could stay the night after I explained everything and security would speak with us the next day to figure things out. The next morning security arrived with three cops and we were kicked out with only an hour to pack all our belongings and we’re treated like criminals. Our kids were all so upset and confused. We we’re obviously upset when she could of told us the night before to give us time to find a new place. We offered to have our friends get a new place so we weren’t over occupancy and she insisted it was the resort and not her decision. The security lady told us it was at the OWNERS request not theirs! I take responsibility but we tried to work things out with her reasonably but she took all our money and kicked us out with no warning. There is a ring camera so she is watching it! I honestly don’t think security told her we were over I think she just saw the camera. I just don’t want this to happen to another family. I felt like the situation could of been handled completely different.

Great Stay

Great spot in a large resort (the elevators are a struggle in season, so being able to take the stairs is a GAME.CHANGER). The space was just big enough for 4 adults and kiddo and came with so many essentials like pack-N-play, beach wagon, beach chairs, etc. This was such a big help when packing. Jerica was quick to answer any time I had a question. We have no complaints!

Great location and fully stocked!

Great location right on the gulf. The condo has everything you need for a family beach vacation, from chairs and sand toys to body boards-just bring your towels and swimsuits! While the rest of the building has to wait for the elevators, we could easily use the stairs right outside the condo. Thanks Jerica and family!

Beautiful property!

Room was awesome! Nice view of the strip, pool, and gulf. Bunk beds were super comfy. The location of the room is almost “isolated” away from the main hallway, which is nice because their isn’t a lot noise and chatter from other vacationers walking by. Definitely recommend!!

Great location

We have stayed at Tidewater resort before but I recommend staying on a lower like this unit. Check in and elevators are long waits with there being 30 floors and the same check in and out times. This unit we only had to used the elevator twice once to get our stuff on and once to get it out. The pool is below and you have a great view of the pier. It is the unit closer to the road not the beach like we thought but still a wonderful view. There was everything you need for the beach supplied. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place!

We were in town for the Florida Jeep Jam and had an amazing stay! Very close to great restaurants and things to do. Pool was nice, beach access was outstanding. Very cozy, modern decor, super nice and very homey. We'll be back!!!

What A View!

This condo has a wonderful view of Gulf and pool from balcony as well as livingroom. Very clean. Parking is not a problem since they have a parking garage. Good instructions from owner about check in. Has beach equipment in closet. Can walk the beach to eateries on the beach. Fun place.

Perfect place for a family

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, well-appointed and perfect size for us. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. So glad to have stayed on the 3rd floor of the Tidewater so that we could use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator!
