Spy the bright blue ocean directly from your own furnished living room, and watch it roll by from your own balcony. This wonderfully sun-soaked condo is full of amenities for guests to enjoy. There's plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax in central air conditioning. The full kitchen is laid out perfectly for guests to cook together, and you can still spot the ocean when cooking from behind the breakfast bar. Tile-style flooring throughout the condo means everyone will stay cool throughout the day. The private washer/dryer will keep the swimsuits ready so you can go from the beach to the shared pool and hot tub easily. After a day of beach fun, feel free to kick back and relax out on the balcony. There's a seat waiting just for you.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing view, but bring all your stuff

Here for a cheer comp… place was clean with an amazing view of the beach. There were no towels for the pool and site says that the offer full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc and they were travel size. Washer and dryer without laundry soap. Just bring everything you think you would need.

Would absolutely stay here again!

We are locals, but stayed here for a weekend just to get away because we had a family member in from out of town (3 adults, 2 nights). We rent condos in this area at least annually & I have to say this was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed in. Ever. Not only that, but they went above & beyond providing a lot of starters of what we needed in the kitchen & bathrooms, down to little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion & body wash, much like a hotel, which we rarely see in condos. Checking in and out was super easy, & when I had one question It was answered within minutes. The area was perfect and the view from the balcony was perfection, so were the outdoor chairs & table (there were even extras). We sat out there for hours on end. The only thing I would suggest is better pillows on the master bed because they are really flat & the couch is not the most comfortable thing. It kinda sinks in. BUT the rest of the condo was so perfect that it completely outweighed those things. We would absolutely stay here again, no question. We loved it!

overall it was a good stay. a few suggestions for the condo. The couch sinks in and stained. Curtain showers needed to be changed. bathroom sink was clogged. notified company never heard anything back except okay i will let them know so i unclogged it

Public access. If you like hundreds of people and double rows of umbrellas two deep then this is your place. The entire place smells masked by Febreeze. Not even going to bad mouth it anymore. Won't recommend or stay again. Booked two nights and could barely stay one.

Mother/daughters beach trip

I’m so happy it was clean and spacious. We loved the beach access and the umbrella and chairs this unit included with the stay. For improvements, it would be nice to have the staples stocked in the kitchen. For example, some coffee pods, Pam spray, a few seasonings….not everyone remembers to pack some common items to cook with. The twin beds were very uncomfortable. The tv in the guest bedroom was soooo tiny (not a big deal for us but it was miniature). The ice maker didn’t work at all and we all know you need ice for the beach :). Ok THIS is a big one—> please please add in a long body length mirror to see our whole body. We were so short and couldn’t really see how we looked. It was much needed. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Room was great. Bad experience since we lost power for 1/2 day and water for 1/2 day. No person on site to talk to. Don’t like dealing with problems via text service. Weren’t notified swiftly about problems either. Not being able to use toilet, shower, cook, do laundry very frustrating.

You won't beat the view!

Beautiful beach and water view! Enjoy it from the living room, porch, master bedroom or standing in the kitchen. Loved the beach service with chairs and umbrella! Good location where it's not super busy but you can get to restaurants easily. Enjoyed our stay and would return!

Major Construction

Snowbirds there for 62 days and Jan 23rd they boarded up the pool and Hot Tub because of the construction. Also lost the ability to use our patio. The dust and noise from the construction was terrible. Condo itself was ok up needed updating. Couches in Living Room not comfortable. Baseboards in Baths old and rotten by showers. Master Bedroom TV is the size of a computer monitor. Light under microwave blew out and they could not get that fixed. Many light bulbs were out in Kitchen, Master Bath. Ice machine did not work when we got there but Vacasa fixed. They also came and changed the batteries in all the smoke detectors because one kept beeping but still one would beep ever so often. Seat on toilet in Master Bath broken and in second bath toilet seat kept falling on my hubby and the toilet rocked. Vacasa was great when it came to all the problems we had and came and fixed if they could. But BEWARE of the construction going on it will last until May and then start up again in September thru December. We do wish we had been told of the construction as we most likely would have cancelled.

Beautifully decorated

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The bedspread a huge dirty stains on it and also on the curtains in the master bedroom. An attendant did come to the unit and gave us another bedspread. We did have clean sheets and towels.
