Carthy’s Estate is a one-bedroom Studio with a 180 degrees view. Carthy’s Estate is a Newly built modern designed Home located on the hill side of Glanville's overlooking one of Antigua’s Finest Peninsula. Guest has Exclusive access to the entire property. This Luxurious One-Bedroom open concept studio; Built to bring the inside out with cool breeze rushing from the Ocean. The Beach is 10 minutes away and seconds away from Devil’s Bridge! One of our Historical Sights. The Studio has been built to a high standard of recommendation. The single floor suite is well equipped with all possible needs. Also! We offer the Hights Fiber Optic Internet speed on island. The Home to a couple has an outside Infinity pool which is about 5feet deep and great to hang and chill with that special person. Also, we do have a Standing Bathtub with walk in shower which is ideal. Bedroom is also fully air condition; Guest should note that this opportunity comes with a private chef that can provide a selected breakfast and dinner options once requested” for added cost. Any other questions can be settled with our property manager Via WhatsApp. We do ask that number should be confirmed upon arrival. We offer transportation services from the airport to the property once requested for a fee of US$50.00. We also have a fleet of rental from Jeep Wranglers to SUV, Rang from US$45.00 per night UP. In the event you do not want a rental or not comfortable driving we then have a private driver that can carry you to and from areas you selected for US$70.00per day. Carthy’s Estate is a whooping 1,520.00 sqft one bedroom Studio with a 90degrees view. Additional Upstairs is a entertainment space. where guest can enjoy ocean view and private relaxation will be completed 2024. Project only worked on when villa is vacant.

Perfect Honeymoon

Akeem’s place was amazing! Everything we could have hoped for on our honeymoon. A full kitchen, living room with TV, comfy bed, and beautiful secluded pool! The food we had made was delicious literally best meal I’ve ever had so highly recommend. Akeem was also very reachable and accommodating, he scheduled our taxis everyday, responded very quick whenever we had any questions, and even booked a day pass for us when we couldn’t reach one of the resorts. We enjoyed going out to do some of the excursions he recommended and looked forward to returning to our private villa and jumping in the plunge pool. The area is also very safe with a gated driveway and fencing around the entire property. Alarm system and deadbolt were also available. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun filled vacation while also getting to truly experience the country outside of a resort.
