About this property

Our new house was completed in 2017.

It is located in a quiet, south-facing location in the middle of Gortipohl and is easily accessible by car in every season. You will find us on a small hill with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bus stop can be reached in two minutes on foot and takes you to the skiing and hiking paradise Silvretta Montafon. Numerous restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our new apartment (64m²) consists of two bedrooms, each with shower / toilet (incl. Hairdryer). Satellite TV is available in both rooms and in the kitchen. The kitchen-living room has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...) and a large comfortable sofa.
The covered and illuminated sun terrace with sunbathing area is accessible via the kitchen-living room and both bedrooms. The apartment has a separate entrance with a cloakroom and ski boot dryer. Free WiFi available.

The center of St. Gallenkirch and Gaschurn can be reached in about 3 kilometers, Schruns in about 10 kilometers.

Geweldig verblijf

Montafon is een schitterend gebied. Er is meer dan genoeg te doen en te zien. Ons appartement was geweldig. Modern, schoon en fijne gastvrouw, die de avond voorafgaande aan ons vertrek even kwam buurten met een fles schnapps onder de arm. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Daarnaast is de plek van de woning perfect, met een prachtig uitzicht.

Rundum zufrieden.

Wir fanden es super. Neues modernes Appartment mit allem was man braucht. Terrasse, Gartenhäuschen für die Skier, nette Vermieter, nur wenige Meter bis zum Skibus. Alles top.

Wahnsinnig schön und idyllisch

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert! Die Gastfamilie ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gab viele tolle Touren die wir mit den zwei Kindern (6&4) machen konnten - obwohl wir außerhalb der Saison da waren. Die Wohnung war unfassbar sauber und praktisch geplant. Das i-Tüpfelchen war, als der Nachbar genau vor unserer Terrasse eine Kuhweide absteckte. Mit dem Kaffee in der Sonne sitzen und die Kühe mit Kälbchen beobachten war wundervoll. Die Kinder waren genau wie wir absolut begeistert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten 12 wunderschöne Tage. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Sonnenterrasse, mit tollem Ausblick, einfach traumhaft. Stefanie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ganz lieben Dank. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, sehr sauber und alles was man zur technischen Selbstversorgung benötigt ist da. Also genügend Geschirr, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler,........ . Somit nur noch Lebensmittel einkaufen und los geht´s. Und alles ist wirklich in Top Zustand. Keine zusammengesammelten Werke, sondern alles aus einen Guß :-)

Wanderurlaub

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage und Ausstattung im Monatafon. Einzelne Touren und Seilbahnen fußläufig erreichbar. Mit kurzen Fahrten (auch mit dem Bus) stehen dem Gast viele interessante Wandergebiete offen. Gerne wieder.

Erholung mit Aussicht

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man zum Wohnen brauch. Die Besitzer waren sehr herzlich, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für einen und waren nie müde noch Ideen zu Wanderungen oder Ausflügen zu geben. Wer also eine Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht, Ruhe und herzlichen Gastgebern sucht ist hier bestens versorgt.

Skiurlaub 2023

Wir waren zu 4. in dieser tollen Wohnung und haben unseren Urlaub total genossen. Das Badezimmer direkt am Schlafzimmer jeweils zu haben, war wirklich Gold wert. Im Wohn/- Esszimmer, haben wir super Abende verbracht. Der Weg zum Ski Bus war auch nicht weit und in ca 4 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung können wir einfach nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben zu zweit zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Apartment von Stefanie und Familie verbracht. Die Lage und Ausstattung ist hervorragend, am meisten haben wir die Terrasse mit den bequemen Liegestühlen genossen. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt und wir konnten tolle Ausflüge per Fahrrad, zu Fuß und mit den zahlreichen Bergbahnen unternehmen. Die selbst zubereiteten Mahlzeiten in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir ebenfalls draußen am Esstisch genossen. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub bei tollen Gastgebern. Vielen Dank.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in der wir uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ideal für Tagesausflüge. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Appartment. Super schöne Aussicht und mitten in Gortipohl gelegen. Alles sehr nett, modern und sauber. Viel platz und comfort für die ganze Familie. Sehr nette Vermieter. Objekt super, gut ausgestattet, Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Leider zu früh für einen Frühlings- Frühsommeraufenthalt (Ankunft: 22.Mai )Restaurants, Silvretta Alpenstraße, Bergbahnen, Hotels weitgehend geschlossen….

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Stefanie and Mario’s apartment - one of our best holiday rentals ever. The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly equipped. Beds are wonderful and kitchen has everything you need. The view from the patio over the church to the mountains is wonderful. It is great being in amongst lovely farmhouses, with easy short walks from the door (and no doubt longer ones but we were there in April so snowy up high). Easy to walk to nearby excellent supermarket Access to skiing is fab - 5 - 10 mins drive or regular ski bus. Stefanie and Mario are wonderful and friendly hosts. In all, cannot recommend more highy and we hope to return.

Wunderbarer Skiurlaub 2/22

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht vollkommen den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Skibushaltestelle knapp 5 min entfernt. Vielfältiges, modernes Skigebiet mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Gute Parkmöglichkeit bei den Bahnen. Mit der neuen Gondel ist man in 15 min auf der Piste. Auf der Strecke gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
