Close to Sonesta with dedicated beach parking and pet friendly. Clean, spacious inside and out, and many amenities. Owner is excellent communicator and was super to work with. Happy to stay here again!

Place had beach access shared with Sonesta Resort. It took us 2 minutes to drive to the beach access. Home was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend. 5 minutes from Coligny Plaza.

We were very impressed with the size of the place, the cleanliness, and the available amenities. We spent a week here and truly enjoyed all that it had to offer. Contacting the host was simple and responses were always timely. We were looking for a place that was friendly to pets as that was our most important criteria. The host was great in working with us and even provided some information to make this day even more enjoyable.. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away, and allows for dogs before 10am or after 5pm. The pool is private with plenty of space and chairs Highlights we enjoyed: Multiple TVs throughout the condo, all with smart apps; comfortable furniture, full kitchen and amenities; and crisp air conditioning.

Owner was extremely helpful with directions, instructions about pet rules, beach access suggestions, and other amenities. The property was perfectly located - just off one of the fairways, and with easy access to the beach.

Awesome Villa

We had a wonderful vacation stay here at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect place for us and our pets. Everything you need inside and we loved the beautiful landscape grounds, the dogs loved our walks and so did I. The pool was fabulous, felt awesome after our morning on the beach. Restaurants and shopping a very short drive away. Felt very safe to stay here, lucky to find this getaway! Definitely worth coming back. Kim was an amazing host to deal with, very friendly and prompt on any questions.

Wonderful location close to everything we needed! Great beach to walk or drive 5 minutes to. Our host was absolutely awesome answered any questions we had and addressed any issues in a timely manner. She gives great details about the place and best restaurants etc…. Made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable. Was so happy we were able to also bring our dog with us 😉

Great Vacation!

My family has a great time staying at this condo in Hilton Head. Beautifully decorated and spacious condo made our stay very comfortable. Nice community and a quick walk, bike ride, or drive to the beach. Kim was a great host! She was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Wedding Week

We were in Hilton Head for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place close by the resort where the wedding was being held. This listing was ideal! It had lot’s of space and amenities. We were very close to the pool and tennis courts! The location was a short drive from all the places we needed to go. It worked out great!
