Pros and cons
This unit has pros and cons.
Pros:
Spectacular view.
Excellent patio space.
Great to be able to use the fitness center and pools at the club.
Old school Tucson vibes.
Cons:
"King size" bed is actually 2 twins pushed together. We had to buy a pillow topper to over it to make it reasonably comfortable. We were reimbursed.
The washer leaks onto the floor. There is a note to turn off the hoses when not using but really, this needs to be fixed.
The vacuum cleaner did not work and had to be cleaned out.
The swifter mop is warped and only the very sides touch the floor. It also is too small for the amount of tile.
The glassware is a mish-mash of non-matching pieces. No proper barware for cocktails.
The lovely light sconce near the couch did not work even after replacing the light bulb.
Host communication was not as good as other places we have stayed at.
So overall we really wanted to feel great about this unique space and the views are stellar. But it was a challenge to live there for a month.
