Excellent all the way!
Cute place, super nice, decorated very cool, extremely clean. They had everything we needed. Linda even gave us recommendations for the holiday weekend that were going on in town. The beach is walkable, but several blocks further than we wanted to walk. We took an Uber. We would definitely recommend this!

Florida Stay
We enjoyed the vrbo. Very quiet neighborhood. Nicely decorated, warm and comfortable. Biggest disappointment is the distance to the beach. Owner did not have any umbrella or chairs available. Transporting all your beach gear would not be real easy for the long walk so we had to pay daily to park and also to pay to rent a beach cabana.

Great location, tucked away on a side street but within walking distance of anything you might want to do. The sheets were the softest I’ve ever slept on! Neighbors were friendly.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was great especially the location. Close to the water, restaurants, beaches. Very clean and beds were very cozy. Such a cute little spot. Thank you very much. Can’t wait to come back.

My stay at Linda’s place was great! The location was perfect. The apartment was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. On top of all that, Linda was an excellent host. She even gave tips on the “must try” local places to eat. 10 out of 10, will rent again!

Location and comfort
This wonderful property is a short distance to any destination, whether it be the beach or downtown St. Petersburg. Yet tucked away on a residential side street, the apartment is very quiet. Beds were super comfortable and owner very available if needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
