Welcome to the sunshine! This fun three-story home is ready to be your base for fun times. Beachy decor fills every corner of this home - seashell fans will not be disappointed. The top floor lounge provides a comfy hideaway perfect for reading or enjoying movies together. The full kitchen features a breakfast bar and a semi-open format that keeps the conversation flowing. Of course, there's always the option to cook out on the private gas grill. Guests can enjoy access to two shared pools within this community, though you might never want to leave the home itself.

The first bedroom of this home is the sole room on the ground floor - right off the kitchen, this charming room lies directly across from a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms lie to the right with a full bathroom (also featuring a shower/tub combination) lies nearby. The fourth bedroom of the home lies at the opposite end of the hallway. This is the main bedroom of the home, and features a private balcony in addition to an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub. Every bedroom of this home features a flatscreen TV and ceiling fan for guest comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
