We are a couple in our 60s and have clocked in some quality time across various countries – Germany, Brazil, Chile, Canada, Italy. For the past few decades we settled in Utah. I'm in the business of building houses, and my partner happens to be an artist. In crafting the layout of the VRBO apartment, we aimed for a blend of simplicity, functionality, and a touch of style. There's a piece of us, our family, woven into the fabric of this apartment. Our Italian heritage insisted on a well equipped kitchen, cleanliness took a page from our German roots, and our time in Brazil taught us the value of open-hearted friendships.

Here's hoping our dedication translates into a delightful stay for you in Salt Lake City.

Why they chose this property

The Avenues in Salt Lake City is this really unique historic neighborhood. You've got these lovely Victorian homes, streets shaded with majestic trees, and stunning mountain views. Nestled right between the University of Utah and downtown, it's this perfect mix of academia and city living. The grid layout and walkability just add to its special character.
We chose to live in this neighborhood deliberately because of it's diversity and beauty.

What makes this property unique

Spread out and relax on the large sofa and comfy chair in the living area. Switch the many lighting options to adjust to the moment, from dim indirect light to full brightness throughout.
Expect a high quality small kitchen. The fridge is big enough for a weekly grocery shopping if you plan to stay a bit longer.
If you plan on working remotely, enjoy the all adjustable work station table and chair, and don’t worry about internet speed.
